Nicholas Ramirez was a breeze to work with he made the process go smooth and easy. He also recommend upgrading the floor which I’m glad he did. If you’re in the market for a shed, Nicholas is your guy
Great easy experience
We bought our new Tuff Shed from Nicholas. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and we ended up with exactly what we wanted and needed at a very reasonable price. The installers were great. It was supposed to rain the next day, and so they stayed late to get the roof on so that it would be dried in for the…
Design, Quality, Delivery, and Assembly worked out exactly as they told me. I am extremely satisfied with this company.
Nicholas was very professional and made the process to purchase and design a small shed for my 2 dogs to use as a dog house. The shed was up the very next day and they finished it in just about 2 hours. I would highly recommend doing business with tuff shed in Hutchins Tx.
design, order and install went great. Nicholas was very helpful and immediately responsive to all of my questions before, during and after install of our shed.
I had a great experience with Nicholas and his team through the whole process of ordering the shed, it getting installed, and Nicholas always following up. Highly recommend.
My husband and I were looking to purchase a shed for our backyard. After doing my research we went with Tuff Shed. I did a build online and then call and spoke with Nicholas Ramirez. He was very helpful and helped us pick out the right shed for our needs. I would highly recommend tuff shed.
I enjoyed my experience with Tuff Shed. Nicholas was great, professional, nice, and thoughtful. The crew that put up my shed were also nice, professional, and did a great job. My shed is beautiful. The only con was when Nicholas had to make a call to someone named Walter and he wasn't professional or nice, didn't…
I used Tuff Shed to build and install first a storage shed and some months later a workshop which was completed a few weeks ago. We worked with Nicholas Ramirez on both sheds. Nicholas was very patient and helpful keeping our expectations aligned with the reality of what could be done and should be done as well as…
From the intial visit with Nicholas to the installation by Carlos, my experience with the Hutchins, Texas Tuff Shed site was excellent. Nicholas kept me informed as to what was going on for approximately six weeks. He offered several suggestions as to what I should do while talking with the City of Arlington and…
Nicholas at Tuff Shed was very professional and my husband and I loved how honest and upfront he was with us. Nicholas listened to our every need and worked according to our budget. He designed us a perfect shed. The process was fast and efficient. We would highly recommend Nicholas and stuff Shed to install and…
Nicolas was wonderful to work with and made the process very easy. He even put up with me going back and forth on colors for a good 15 minutes straight. It was exactly what we needed and from the time we purchased to the time of installation it was just over 3 weeks - so quick! We are very, very satisfied customer. Thank you, Nicolas!
Even though i advised "Erika" that the day she wanted to schedule my install would not work because of my work schedule, she sent the installers out anyways, on said date. Email traffic between herself and I clearly stated the agreed upon install date. When I called the office to inquire, I was told she would call…
Nicholas at Tough Shed was very helpful in ensuring I picked the right shed for my needs and made me feel confident in my purchase. The shed was installed very quickly and is great quality. I couldn’t have asked for better service or a better experience!
Nicholas was amazing. He went above and beyond to ensure my mistake on ordering was resolved. I can't say enough about how professional the Tough Shed company and Nicholas have been from ordering, delivery,. and customer support well after the fact. In a time where customer support seems to be decreasing, it is a…
Nicholas was incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs. He kept us fully informed of developments and was always prompt in returning our telephone calls and emails. The installation crew showed up when they said they would and did a great job of erecting the storage shed. At the end, they cleaned up and…
Mr. Ramirez was awesome at answering my questions, brainstorming on the best way to execute the plan that I had in my head, and he worked with me to make sure I was completely satisfied with my product. He did not push a sale on me and I didn't feel pressured to "sign the dotted line". Mr. Ramirez's salesmanship is…
We had a wonderful experience buying our Tuff Shed. Nicholas Ramirez was helpful in helping us design and plan our storage shed. All the staff were friendly, helpful and willing to answer all our questions. We would use Tuff Shed again in a heartbeat!
Nicholas worked with me so great on the purchase of our shed. We had a problem with our HOA and he was so patient and worked with us. I was very please with the installation. One windy day we lost a few shingles from the roof. They were fantastic in taking care of that also.
The worst customer service I have ever had, I have rescheduled 4 times each time with no calls to explain. I had to call them to find out any details of why they didn't show up. When they did show up with the building it was the wrong material again no call back. I would not recommend them.. I bought thru home…
Very impressed with my Shed from Tuff Sheds. It is worth the money and a great building. First class crew to set up it and had so much attention to detail. Worked with Nicholas Ramirez and very pleased with everything!
From Nicholas in sales, to Noe and his crew who installed, and Jesse who anchored the shed, I was very pleased with Tuff Shed. They were patient with my questions and concerns and we got just what we wanted. Thanks Tuff Shed!
I purchased a 10x12 shed, and the installation team did a fantastic job. In addition, my point of contact for my purchase, Nicholas Ramirez, was outstanding. He was very patient, extremely responsive to my inquiries, and conducted business with dedication and professionalism. It was a very pleasant experience in every way. I highly recommend Tuff Shed.
It took 6 weeks to get my shed once I paid for it at my local Home Depot. Once the installer showed up they had the wrong floor joists. They came back later after another install but the company dropped off the wrong size joists again so I currently have shed pieces laying all over my back yard. A day later no…
Nicholas Ramirez, our sales representative was extremely nice and explained everything to us. Our installers, Cory and Earl were very nice and installed our shed quickly. I definitely recommend Tuff Sheds and you should request Nicholas Ramirez for sales and Cory and Earl for your installers.
Nicholas was very friendly and helped thru the whole process to make sure everything was seamless. Thank you for our beautiful shed cant wait to fill it up..
I ordered a 6x8 shed with a metal roof. Nicholas did a great job throughout the entire process from order to installation. He even came out to inspect the concrete foundation we poured to ensure that the installation team would be able to install the shed. The shed is very high quality and the installation team did…

Nicholas was easy to work with and helped me so much in the design of the shed, with suggestions that turned out really well. He also assisted with the paperwork and instructions for the permit from the City. He was professional and responsive, and a joy to work with.

Nicholas helped us along the entire process and made sure we were happy and was very helpful. Build crew did a great job and delivered and set up our shed quickly, can't wait to fill it up.
The ordering process was simple. Nicholas came out, reviewed my site and help me pick the size that was suitable for my side yard. When the installation day arrived, the crew was very efficient with the installation. Because everything was pre-built off site it was done in a matter of hours but it still looks like it will hold up for years.
Nicholas was always available to us whenever we had questions or needed help. He was also very patient with us when we had trouble making decisions. Overall a very good experience.
