I am restoring a 20 year old Tuff Shed (that I absolutely love), I needed proprietary parts & expert advise on the project. I found both when I ran across Nicholas at Tuff Shed DFW. I can't thank him enough for the time & assistance he gave me. My Tuff Shed has been completely rebuild & looks better than when I…
Nicholas Ramirez was awesome! Not aggressive as a salesman, but clear, accurate, and prompt answers to our questions. He worked with us patiently to make sure we got exactly what we needed, and guided us step-by-step through the entire build process after making the sale. Highly recommend!

Nicholas was very nice and helpful with the design and purchase of our new shed. He never pressured us into upgrading or add-on options. The installation was flawless and the 3 installers were professional. In the near future I will be purchasing a carport from Nicholas. Hope to see you soon. Thanks for your time and help with our purchase.
Mr. Nicholas was extremely courteous and helpful throughout our shed design and building process. Initially, I visited Tuff Shed's website and designed the kind of shed that I wanted. I purchased two sheds with the help of Nicholas Ramirez. He is outstanding at his job and made this an easy process for me. Nicholas was very professional and made the process to purchase and design a small shed for my 2 dogs to use as a dog house. The shed was up the very next day and they finished it in just about 2 hours. I would highly recommend doing business with tuff shed in Hutchins Tx.
design, order and install went great. Nicholas was very helpful and immediately responsive to all of my questions before, during and after install of our shed.
My husband and I were looking to purchase a shed for our backyard. After doing my research we went with Tuff Shed. I did a build online and then call and spoke with Nicholas Ramirez. He was very helpful and helped us pick out the right shed for our needs. I would highly recommend tuff shed.
Nick was awesome. He helped me design a shed that would give me the space that I need while also helping me to cut unnecessary costs. I pulled my own permit but he was also great in assisting me with that, when I had questions.
Had been looking for a shed for a while and decided to use Tuff based on friends/family recommendations. I appreciated the conversation we had with Mr. Ramirez when it came to designing the shed that we wanted. They were also able to get us scheduled quickly and communicated promptly throughout the process. The shed…
I enjoyed my experience with Tuff Shed. Nicholas was great, professional, nice, and thoughtful. The crew that put up my shed were also nice, professional, and did a great job. My shed is beautiful. I worked with Nicholas Ramirez from start to finish. He was absolutely wonderful. So respectful, responsive, and patient. I'm very happy with my new shed. There were some delays, but that's to be expected sometimes. However, Tuff Shed did an amazing job with my new shed! I'd like to thank Nicholas Ramirez and his crew for putting this together. Great Job!
Even though i advised "Erika" that the day she wanted to schedule my install would not work because of my work schedule, she sent the installers out anyways, on said date. Email traffic between herself and I clearly stated the agreed upon install date. When I called the office to inquire, I was told she would call…
Nicholas at Tough Shed was very helpful in ensuring I picked the right shed for my needs and made me feel confident in my purchase. The shed was installed very quickly and is great quality. I couldn’t have asked for better service or a better experience!
Nicholas was amazing. He went above and beyond to ensure my mistake on ordering was resolved. I can't say enough about how professional the Tough Shed company and Nicholas have been from ordering, delivery,. and customer support well after the fact. In a time where customer support seems to be decreasing, it is a…

Mr. Ramirez was awesome at answering my questions, brainstorming on the best way to execute the plan that I had in my head, and he worked with me to make sure I was completely satisfied with my product. The worst customer service I have ever had, I have rescheduled 4 times each time with no calls to explain. I had to call them to find out any details of why they didn't show up. Nicholas was easy to work with and helped me so much in the design of the shed, with suggestions that turned out really well. He also assisted with the paperwork and instructions for the permit from the City. He was professional and responsive, and a joy to work with.
Our shed looks great. Nicholas, our salesman was on top of everything! We had a little snaphoo with our installers running out of roofing nails; so they had to come back in the morning to finish putting on the roofing shingles. All in all, it turned out really nice.
This is the second shed I bought from Tuff Shed. The service was excellent! The sales rep was excellent as well!! Everything was done quickly and very professionally. I will definitely encourage everyone to buy from this company!!
I purchased an older display shed from Nicholas in late December. Because of the size, the building needed to be torn down and reassembled. I knew the building was older but Tuff Shed installed a new steel base and flooring. Due to the move I also got a new roof and skylight. After I replace the old trim work,…

Nicholas helped us along the entire process and made sure we were happy and was very helpful. Build crew did a great job and delivered and set up our shed quickly, can't wait to fill it up.
The ordering process was simple. Nicholas came out, reviewed my site and help me pick the size that was suitable for my side yard. When the installation day arrived, the crew was very efficient with the installation. Because everything was pre-built off site it was done in a matter of hours but it still looks like it will hold up for years.
Nicholas was always available to us whenever we had questions or needed help. He was also very patient with us when we had trouble making decisions. Overall a very good experience.
Nicholas was incredibly helpful all along the way -- from design (and redesign) to ordering, delivery and installation. They were extremely responsive, and Nicholas would personally call and connect at every milestone. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Highly recommended!!

A very good experience with this contractor. There were couple of scheduling glitches (stuff happens...and it was in the middle of the COVID), but Nicholas was very gracious and made it a point to let me know he was disappointed as well. Once this was worked out, the crew showed up on time and built my shed (12’ by…

5 star service from salesman Nicholas Ramirez. He walked me through the process and told me about all the options. Too bad the warranty…
