I rarely leave a negative comment but the indifference and rude attitude has been called out.
Totally disappointed with this cleaning service. The cleaner was rude, disrespectful, and demonstrated very poor time management. The job was not completed, and I have both video and photo evidence to support my concerns.
The cleaner left without informing me, and there was no final walkthrough to review the work. Several areas that were supposedly cleaned still had cobwebs, dirt, and visible filth. To make matters worse, no one from the office reached out afterward, nor did they offer to inspect the work or address my concerns.
Overall, this was a complete waste of my time and money. I will now have to hire someone else to finish the job properly. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

I’m impressed with the company’s commitment to integrity and their customers. My first cleaning was a disappointment and very poor. The next day they sent someone to clean and it was excellent, a thorough cleaning by a delightful employee. I’d be a regular if I could have that consistently!
