I had an overall average experience. The guys work hard and I will give them credit where it's due. However I did have all the hardware go missing for a lot of the furniture. The power cables for the couches and multiple items broken or damaged. Some of which isn't replaceable.
Jeremey and Zack could not have been better to work with. I admittedly did not do the best job packing or getting everything organized and they crushed it anyway. They were super nice even after the 40th too heavy or lopsided box.
