Ruge, great job! And gets 5 stars. Adjusted review... On Saturday October 24th, they sent someone else that gets 0 stars. I had a claim for my daughter's cracked phone and the battery but he would only repair the crack, stating the battery was only mentioned in the notes. I'll contact my insurance to complain because my claim clearly included the battery

WOW, We are sorry to hear about this bad news and inconvenience to you Ruge, the first technician you left the review for feels bad and brought this to our attention We found this work order, it belongs to another servicing store that came out Saturday 10/24 in Greenville SC. Please reach back out to Asurion and explain the situation so they can review and see any mistake made so they can get your rescheduled for a battery replacement if its covered and we will get you taken care of!! Again very sorry to hear you had this issue when your first repair by Ruge was a 5 star :(
