The customer service was impeccable. Staff very friendly. I don't know anything about gaming systems I bought it in for my son. They turn around time was excellent. I know that from now on if anything of mine breaks I will definitely take it there. I would recommend you break I fix to anyone.
Ty and Drew were nice and friendly and got my phone screen fixed in 5 hours! Thank you all for helping me out! Once home I found my fingerprint sensor is not working but went back and they helped me fix it. Back again in October and they helped with minor screen separation. So helpful and nice! Came back again…
These guys are life saving. This is the third time I’ve come when nobody else could fix or help and they always get it done. I’m so glad they’re here and exist. I would not hesitate to bring your phone here. They literally can fix any problem. Thank you so much!!!
The customer service representative seemed to not care whether I was a customer or not. Additionally, he claimed that the warranty didn’t apply because I dropped my phone - which I never have. I would never go back to this company and specifically this location.

Once home I found my fingerprint sensor is not working but went back and they helped me fix it. Back again in October and they helped with minor screen separation. So helpful and nice! Came back again and Drew and Justin helped me out again. They were so great with my kids that were with me as well. Issue might not be totally fixed yet, but they helped me as much as they could and gave me a plan to come back if things do not resolve. UPDATE they called me before I even had a chance to call and help with a solution but I had it solved with a restart myself and a few other steps. I really appreciate them being so helpful

Hello Edward, I’m sorry you left feeling that your concerns weren’t heard. After speaking with our Frederick store manager and reviewing your visit, I confirmed that your screen repair has a one-year warranty. However, physical or liquid damage is excluded from that coverage. Based on the store’s inspection, the screen showed physical damage, which is why the replacement could not be covered under warranty. Our representative also attempted to offer a discount on a replacement screen, but I understand we did not have the opportunity to fully discuss that option with you. Had a wonderful experience. Brought in my PS5 on a Sunday for a repair figured it was a broken disc drive. They were up front with the price for the repair. Told me I would take 3 days. Was called on Tuesday saying new drive was in but wasn’t up to their standards. So they order a new one which was greatly appreciated. Received my PS5 back on Thursday. Works perfectly. Their customer service is amazing. The staff I interacted with at the store was amazing as well.
