John B is the best! Knowledgeable, professional, and efficient — he always makes us feel better and more comfortable after his visits. We have seen such a noticeable improvement in our pest issues since we started working with John. Highly recommend him!
Serviceman that came out was extremely knowledgeable and had great customer service skills. Will update in a few months… no update as of yet. I would say that it is on the expensive side. Did a bit of research.
Professional and thorough
Jonathan was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He did a thorough inspection of my home, sealed up any openings, and provided me with steps that I can also take for the future. This was my first in-person experience with Ultra Safe and I feel completely confident in the long-term process.
The technicians are very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. My first experience was with bees, all it took was one visit to rectify the issue. I had rodents in the basement and attic, on the first visit the technician checked the entire foundation with a mirror and "plugged" the holes where they were entering.…
Jonathan came and figurured out the problem --and we haven't seen any mice since. Previous to that we had 2-3 per day! So relieved.
