Great communication, affordable prices, and solid work. Clear quotes and reasonable timelines kept the project moving stress-free.
Joe was professional, informative and kind. Just a stand up guy
Easy to schedule and shows up and fixes the issue promptly.
United Roofing is my go-to for roof replacement and repair. They are responsive and fast in scheduling service as well as call backs, if there is a need. I've replaced both flat and pitched roofs and I'm always satisfied with the results. Pricing is within the range of what I expect to pay for both types of roof.…
United Roofing did a great job at a patch and coat for a leak coming from an old roofdeck membrane. Their customer service was excellent from the start -- Joe was very responsive over phone, email, and text, kind at every stage, and gave a wide range of options in terms of solutions and pricing for each, which gave…
We had an amazing experience with Joe and the whole United Roofing team when we needed emergency repairs to our roof last month. They were prompt and incredibly communicative through the whole process. We'd recommend them to anyone!
Our building (fourplex condo) worked with United Roofing a few years back to perform spot repairs and sealing on our roof at identified high stress locations (joints / corners / flashing). They performed great work in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. Their work was fully guaranteed for multiple years and…
We had an excellent experience working with United Roofing. From the first visit, Joe provided us all the information and guidance we needed to make an informed decision about our roof repair. On the day of, Maurice and Daniel were quick, efficient, and we hardly noticed they were there! Would definitely recommend their services.
Joe and the entire team at United Roofing LLC are outstanding! From start to finish, the process to schedule an inspection of my roof (after discovering internal signs of water seepage), receive a documented proposal to repair/address problem areas and perform protective maintenance, and complete the necessary work…
Joe came out, looked at my leak, and advised me to try a fix myself that he’s confident will work before I spend thousands with a roofer. So appreciate the common sense approach and honesty!
United Roofing provided excellent service!! From my initial contact with scheduling an appointment for a FREE ESTIMATE to assess repairs needed as a result of storms that caused damage, they were professional, timely, and provided clear communication and updates at every stage of the process. Joe was outstanding in…
Called and immediately hung up when I notice they were closed. One of the secretary immediately called me back. I was caught off guard because I had hung up before the first ring went through. She was very nice and wanted to know how she could assist and help me. Explained and she was going to get in touch with the…
Amazing!! Great service. Great salespersons. A great experience!!
Big storm rolled thru, ripped off our gutters, roof flooded. United was there the next day to help. Mauricio and Danny were quick, and communicative. If you have an issue with your roof or gutters, look no further.
The team of Chappie Mauricio and Daniel did a great job on the roof. All the attic leaks were resolved and the roof looks good. Flat roof DC row home. They were done in a half day.
Joe is so amazing. He came on time he stated he will be here. And did every detail needed for roof inspection. Thanks Joe!! Yene
Joe at United helped us a year ago with some patching and maintenance of our roof and has since continued to be a great resource for us. He is honest and will shoot you straight if it’s something you can do yourself rather than upsell you on a major repair. Our condo building will continue to work with Joe and team for years to come!
Had a drop ceiling collapse and United promptly sent a technician to do an assessment. The operators were polite and attentive. Henry was excellent, professional and honest—the needed repairs were minor, so he gave me instructions to fix the leak myself and didn't charge a dime! Next time I have a problem that…
Awesome job!
Chappie, Mauricio, and Daniel did an excellent job on my roof and were done in a single day. They also were very careful not to squish my garden while they worked, which I’m very grateful for. They took lots of photos so I could see what they did without having to climb up on the roof myself. The rest of the team…
This guy is the real deal. Excellent communication and excellent work done at reasonable rate. Truly went above and beyond.
I had a great experience with Joe. He was incredibly thorough in examining and determining the exact issue I was experiencing for a leak coming from roof. Joe and his team replaced the gutter and fascia on the back of my home. The entire process from estimate, to scheduling, to work, and project completion was smooth as can be. He made the process easy to follow and helped ensure the leak was patched prior to storms coming in before they could get the full scope of work done. Jose, Marcus and Henry…
United Roofing LLC was prompt efficient in response and arrival and highly recommend them, for Roofing services
Regular roof maintenance can help identify small issues before they develop into more expensive problems. A professional maintenance service may include checking shingles, flashing, vents, seals, and areas where debris tends to collect. Compared with waiting until a leak or major damage appears, routine attention…

The team arrived on time, quickly assessed the issue (fascia trim), didn't try to upell or complicate things, fixed it THAT MOMENT, and charged a great price. Fixed on a handshake, invoiced by text. Old school trust, modern convenience on payment.
Every stage of the process was easy and clear. Joe bid the work and explained the proposal. After the initial deposit, the communications leading up to the work were clear and often.
