United Roofing did a great job at a patch and coat for a leak coming from an old roofdeck membrane. Their customer service was excellent from the start -- Joe was very responsive over phone, email, and text, kind at every stage, and gave a wide range of options in terms of solutions and pricing for each, which gave us flexibility to choose what was right for us. Danny stopped by on quick notice, took lots of photos, and the project team of Maurico and Anderson were knowledgable and overall experts. When I told them that we were hoping to get it done before a rainstorm a few days away, they made it happen without a beat, and there were no leaks after that! Danny even checked in at the house after the job was done to make sure we were good. They also applied a fall season discount when I asked about bringing the price down a bit. Finally, I really appreciate the peace of mind knowing that if something else comes up with the roofdeck, they will service it up to three times and then after that do a replacement and credit the repair toward that cost. Overall, communication, transparency, and in-person service were great.
