Excellent service from Maritza Muñiz-Smith! She walked me through every detail, answered all my questions, and made the process completely stress-free. Universal Pest Control has a real star on their team. Highly recommend asking for her!
Been using their service for a few years. They are always punctual and extremely helpful. When I had a bee hive and my son’s birthday party planned for the next days they came out and took care of the problem. Can’t say enough good things
Recently had wasps about a month ago - Universal and Norman came out and solved the problem with our newborn 3 month old. After fixing the wasp problem we then found we have a mice problem as well. My Son’s house had a bad problem with wasps/yellow jackets coming into the house from outside. The scary part is we have a 3 month old grandson. Needed to get this problem taken care of immediately. Called a few companies, was getting no where. At 2pm, called the last company, UNIVERSAL PEST. Actually spoke to an…
We have been having an issue with yellow jackets that built a nest under shingles of our roof. These bees were also getting into our house frequently. We have had the nest treated twice previously by a different pest control company however their treatment provided no relief from the bees, it was ineffective and the…
Prompt, friendly service from Baudelaire that gets the job done. When there's been any sign of pests returning, they're right back out to make sure it comes to a stop. Excellent!
The tech, Norman was very nice and thorough and explained the expectations from beginning to end and future results of the treatment.

October 2023 is actually the second instance where we used Universal Pest Control. Both instances UPC was responsive and professional. We were serviced by Bo and Jabari who both educated us on our pest issues and addressed the problem(s) quickly and effectively. Love the fact that they're a local (Roselle) business. Highly recommend

Called, got the owner on cell phone, said he was in area and could come right over. Was at our home in 30 min. 30 min. later the hornets and their nest were gone. Could not ask for better service.
I have now used this service twice, and have been very impressed both times. Both visits were on time, efficient, and good value. First, Evens came in to remove a large hornet's nest from my back wall. He did this quickly and safely. During that visit he also sent a drone up to inspect my roof, as I'd been hearing…
