Oct 2026: we had a basement project going when an unknown substance was found that put an immediate stop to the project. They came out to the house same day and had an emergency test done. We had the results next day. Thanks to Al and Leroy for getting such a quick turnaround! (Fortunately it was not asbestos and we can resume the project)

Al came out almost two years ago and treated our home. We recently called him back to reassess as part of his guarantee and he confirmed everything was still good via pictures and live video. He is professional, honest and kind and a true pleasure to work with. Great quality work!

Great communication, great price, and a great job done in a timely matter.
These guys were half the price of another company that quoted me. I like how they did a complete clean up afterwards. I couldn't even tell that they were there. Highly recommended

I would recommend Upcoming Environmental wholeheartedly. We reached out for an urgent asbestos abatement that was a complete surprise to us as we sold our house. They were kind, fair, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Their price was extremely fair for the industry. I can't recommend them enough.

I am very impressed with this company. I left a message about wanting to have some tiles checked for asbestos. They quickly returned my call, and made an appointment. Al came out and took samples for testing. He thoroughly explained the process, measured, and gave me the price it would be to remove the tiles if there is asbestos. Al called me with the results. To my surprise, and I think his too, none of the tiles had asbestos in them. We had multiple people that came in to do other work on the house tell us that they thought they were asbestos. Al told me there is no way to tell by looking at them, and the only way to tell is testing them. He was honest, and saved us money. I definitely recommend Upcoming Environmental Services and Al.
