My wife and I have been nothing but pleased with the service. As far as price compared to service quality, Upfront is a no brainer. My neighborhood has a huge problem with wasps, he came out and knocked them all down and finished it off with a pheromone they stay away from. He also took care of the ants/spiders. I’d…
Quick response for service. Did a very thorough assessment and treatment on first application. Looking forward to be mosquito free and be able to enjoy our backyar.
Highly recommend! He was actually my soccer coach back in the day, so it’s pretty cool having him as my pest control guy now. Super reliable, easy to work with, and always does a great job. Definitely someone you can trust! Also, very cost effective.
Upfront provided excellent service, on time, for a very reasonable amount, less than I had been paying.
Super helpful! They were very communicative & able to come out quickly. Very thorough initial visit taking care of everything & they answered all my questions! Thank you!
I started using UPFRONT PEST control in August 2025, utilizing their yearly plan, which includes four visits + if any bugs are spotted inside they will come back out to rectify. Kansas City weather is erratic, with all the rain we’ve had this spring no problems. Josh has done a great job inside and out. I highly recommend him.
We were very pleased with the pest service Josh provided! It was affordable and he communicated expectations well. We would definitely recommend his company to others!
Josh was very pleasant to talk with. He arrived within the time window that was set and began working at once. He talked to me about what he was doing and explained the process he followed. We are very pleased with the quick appointment time, customer service, and professionalism. Thank you!
Thorough, responsive, and friendly at a great cost. Couldn’t ask for better service! Highly recommend.
On time, super friendly, knowledgeable, genuine, what more could you ask for???! I am very impressed!
Had an excellent experience with UpFront Pest and wanted to share for anyone dealing with similar issues. We were having problems with ants (inside and outside), spiders, and wasps, and after submitting the initial intake, they got us scheduled incredibly fast. Josh, was simply phenomenal. He was kind,…
Incredible service! The pricing is great and everything that comes with the packages had us sold. Josh is also very friendly and professional. We will definitely be recommending him to anyone who needs pest control services!
Josh was great. Clear communication, on time, and got the job done. Couldn't have asked for a better service. Highly recommend.
Great customer service and great service provided! Looking forward to working with Josh.
Like most people, I am a creature of habit and do not like change. Since I moved, I have had nothing but change. I needed pest control and received a sort of Christmas card from Upfront Pest. I set it aside for the Spring. They promote upfront advertised pricing that the big companies don’t. I went online,…
Josh is great to work with! Fast, friendly and always professional! It’s also nice to work with a locally owned business! Hire Josh today for your bug needs. We have never been happier with our bug needs!
In my business, I work with Plyers and vendors and service companies multiple times every day. I can honestly say that I do not believe I have ever met a business owner more committed to his craft, more thoughtful, more professional, and more understanding of a customer‘s needs than Upfront Pest Control and it’s…
Amazing service!! We needed service fast and Josh added us to his schedule within days of me calling. He’s very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Upfront Pest!
I just moved here cross-country and had my first service with Upfront Pest. Josh was incredibly welcoming and made a great first impression. He was polite, communicative, and quick while still being thorough. It’s nice to feel taken care of right away in a new place!
Friendly, good customer service. Josh pointed out things that we had not noticed.
