My wife and I have been nothing but pleased with the service. As far as price compared to service quality, Upfront is a no brainer. My neighborhood has a huge problem with wasps, he came out and knocked them all down and finished it off with a pheromone they stay away from. He also took care of the ants/spiders. I’d…
Upfront provided excellent service, on time, for a very reasonable amount, less than I had been paying.
Super helpful! They were very communicative & able to come out quickly. Very thorough initial visit taking care of everything & they answered all my questions! Thank you!
I started using UPFRONT PEST control in August 2025, utilizing their yearly plan, which includes four visits + if any bugs are spotted inside they will come back out to rectify. Kansas City weather is erratic, with all the rain we’ve had this spring no problems. Josh has done a great job inside and out. I highly recommend him.
We were very pleased with the pest service Josh provided! It was affordable and he communicated expectations well. We would definitely recommend his company to others!
Josh was very pleasant to talk with. He arrived within the time window that was set and began working at once. He talked to me about what he was doing and explained the process he followed. We are very pleased with the quick appointment time, customer service, and professionalism. Thank you!
Thorough, responsive, and friendly at a great cost. Couldn’t ask for better service! Highly recommend.
On time, super friendly, knowledgeable, genuine, what more could you ask for???! I am very impressed!
Josh is amazing! Easy to get a hold of, reasonably priced and he came out right away. I highly recommend and I’m so grateful we found Upfront pest control!
Had an excellent experience with UpFront Pest and wanted to share for anyone dealing with similar issues. We were having problems with ants (inside and outside), spiders, and wasps, and after submitting the initial intake, they got us scheduled incredibly fast. Josh, was simply phenomenal. He was kind,…
Incredible service! The pricing is great and everything that comes with the packages had us sold. Josh is also very friendly and professional. We will definitely be recommending him to anyone who needs pest control services!
Great customer service and great service provided! Looking forward to working with Josh.
Great company. Requested service on Sunday and he was at my house on Monday. Sprayed inside and out. No heavy pesticide smell. High recommend.
Like most people, I am a creature of habit and do not like change. Since I moved, I have had nothing but change. I needed pest control and received a sort of Christmas card from Upfront Pest. I set it aside for the Spring. They promote upfront advertised pricing that the big companies don’t. I went online,…
Upfront was great to work with. Timely, knowledgeable, efficient and affordable. We had ants, wasps and stink bugs. Signed up for the yearly plan.
Amazing service!! We needed service fast and Josh added us to his schedule within days of me calling. He’s very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Upfront Pest!
Our experience with Upfront was terrific! It was easy to schedule, and Josh was prompt, thorough, and very knowledgeable. He assessed our needs and efficiently treated the outside (including wasp and hornet nests) and all levels inside. We’re happy to have signed up for year-round service from such a reliable and effective company!
Friendly, good customer service. Josh pointed out things that we had not noticed.
We are grateful to have a relationship with a pest company that is professional, timely, and thorough. Thank you so much Upfront Pest!
Their service was superb. We have been with Moxie for the past couple years and the level of service and attention to detail was seriously lacking. Often times, it was not obvious our home had been treated and swept of webs/nests. Just today, several wasp nests were found by the Upfront team that had clearly been…
