Dawson was FANTASTIC!! If I could give him 10 stars, I would!! He is very attentive, considerate, and friendly!! I LOVED having him be assigned as my house's exterminator! This guy was above and beyond awesome! Whoever is in charge of payroll within Urbanex, I highly recommend him for a raise! Or a promotion!…
Jessica did a great job!
Aundrae was very thorough. He listened to my concerns and communicated how he would treat them. Thanks Aundrae!
Zach N was great!
Great service, works with your needs, schedule, and even around your animals. Zach did a great job and has great communication before, during, and after the treatment.
Jessica is super friendly and never fails to ask if I have any concerns. I highly recommend her!
Dawson is the one! I didn’t have faith in the company as I’ve had bad experiences before with other companies but thanks to this guy? I don’t mind Urbanex hitting my account up unexpectedly like they did this last time even though it pissed me off at first 😂. I really can’t stress enough how great of a quality…
Urbanex does a great job. I never worry about bugs or pests. All the staff that I have come in contact with are very nice and helpful. They take the time to talk to you and take care of any of your concerns.
Christian was very personable. He was kind and thorough. He graciously answered all of our questions and explained each step of what he was doing. Looking forward to these bugs being GONE!!!
Blake was very professional but were not sure he did the job we expected. We didn’t see him spray around the house or put the granular spread on the grass like he mentioned to my husband. Otherwise, great job.
Ashton serviced our property and was awesome It was hot and humid but it didn’t deter her cheery personality or her professionalism. She did an outstanding job and addressed all of our concerns.
Love Urbanex Service. They are quick, responsive, and effective. My technician, Herschel is amazing!! Highly recommend
Herschel did amazing! He was responsive and assisted with all my questions and concerns. He went above and beyond to make sure my house was pest free. I am extremely grateful for him and his services.
As usual Herschel did a great job doing the outside service. 100% recommend.
