Dawson is the one! I didn’t have faith in the company as I’ve had bad experiences before with other companies but thanks to this guy? I don’t mind Urbanex hitting my account up unexpectedly like they did this last time even though it pissed me off at first 😂. I really can’t stress enough how great of a quality…
Earnest was absolutely lovely and did a thorough job!
all outside was sprayed and mouse trap checked and left me sticky traps for gnats.
Dawson is our tech that services our home in Aledo. We will be long term customers thanks to him. The service he provides is outstanding. He goes above and beyond as well. Our little old 16 year old mini dachshund came outside while we were gone (he’s blind and dead) and he has trouble getting back in the house…
Very good
I used this company for 3 years. They came out every quarter and treated for pests. In between treatments I could call and get follow up treatments if needed. I found a new company that was cheaper. Tried to cancel before my next appointment and was told I would be charged either way. So I went ahead with the…

Great job today with Connor taking care of our pests!! Love this company.
Horrible cancellation process. “Phone cut out” tactics used when calling their main customer service line to cancel. Highly advise against using this company.
We love our services and pest control technician. They help us when we need service and because of their fast response, we’ve managed to keep pests at bay and new issues from getting bad.

Herschel did a great job today and communicated he was here, all the treatments done to the property and where, as well as what precautions to take with my pets. Very professional, much appreciated!
Funny quick story I saw him doing my neighbor’s one day last week and he was spraying her house downnnnn and the bugs over here in my area are terrible and so I had to go back on my ring camera to get the name of the company he worked for and made my appointment off of what I seen and so happy he was sent out to do…

Great job done by Herschel
Ari, Tyler, Daniel and AK did an awesome job! Very personable and bubbly people! Showed up with headlamps because it was dark and still did an amazingly thorough job. Even went as far as to close the garage door after they were done. First service with them, but it seems like a great company!
