Dawson is the one! I didn’t have faith in the company as I’ve had bad experiences before with other companies but thanks to this guy? I don’t mind Urbanex hitting my account up unexpectedly like they did this last time even though it pissed me off at first 😂. I really can’t stress enough how great of a quality…

I used this company for 3 years. They came out every quarter and treated for pests. In between treatments I could call and get follow up treatments if needed. I found a new company that was cheaper. Tried to cancel before my next appointment and was told I would be charged either way. So I went ahead with the…

Great job today with Connor taking care of our pests!! Love this company.
Horrible cancellation process. “Phone cut out” tactics used when calling their main customer service line to cancel. Highly advise against using this company.
We love our services and pest control technician. They help us when we need service and because of their fast response, we’ve managed to keep pests at bay and new issues from getting bad.
He was very friendly and took his time. Much Appreciated!!

Funny quick story I saw him doing my neighbor’s one day last week and he was spraying her house downnnnn and the bugs over here in my area are terrible and so I had to go back on my ring camera to get the name of the company he worked for and made my appointment off of what I seen and so happy he was sent out to do…

Herschel was very professional and efficient. He answered my questions and took care of the service...
Blake was very professional but were not sure he did the job we expected. We didn’t see him spray around the house or put the granular spread on the grass like he mentioned to my husband. Otherwise, great job.
Ashton serviced our property and was awesome It was hot and humid but it didn’t deter her cheery personality or her professionalism. She did an outstanding job and addressed all of our concerns.

Ari, Tyler, Daniel and AK did an awesome job! Very personable and bubbly people! Showed up with headlamps because it was dark and still did an amazingly thorough job. Even went as far as to close the garage door after they were done. First service with them, but it seems like a great company!
