Ed came by last week and confirmed his suspicion that I didn't need to have my dryer vent cleaned. He corrected the issue (he removed a screen that didn't need to be installed) and told me I didn't owe him anything. I tried to give him even a small amount for his time and he declined. Your situation is quite common especially when roofers re-roof Homes. The screens on a roof cap Dryer Vent are supposed to be removed. Otherwise they will fill with lint and cause all sorts of problems for drying clothes. Since there’s no way for the heat, moisture or lint to exhaust away from your home. This is neither safe nor efficient. So we remove the screen to allow that air to flow correctly.

I called today and was scheduled today. My dryer vent had a large blockage that I couldn't get to break free. Took 15 mins and my dryer was running perfect. I advise anyone needing this service to stop right here and call no one else. Price is better than fair and service was great. Call USA Dryer Vent and you will never call anyone else.
