Ultimately their findings led us to get out of one contract and it's a good thing we…
James was an amazing inspector! Very thorough in his report and happy to answer all of our questions by phone as we were out of state at the time of the inspection. James gave us a lot of information and helpful advice about our new home. Absolutely worth it!
Stephen is a really patient and thorough inspector. He knows a lot about houses, and about Philly houses in particular.

Mike was so awesome to work with for our home inspection. He couldn’t have been more thorough and took time to answer our many questions and help us understand the urgency in some issues with the house in very digestible ways. We will recommend him to anyone we know who needs a home inspection!
