Michael Baltrush came out and inspected a property I am interested in purchasing. He took a lot of pictures and was eager to explain any areas of issue and/or things that may not be significant enough to note in his report but good to know for owning the property going forward. Overall, his team was very helpful and I would definitely recommend!
