Today I had the opportunity to do my taxes with Monica Velazquez, and I highly recommend her 100%. She clearly explained how taxes work when you have rental income (like my basement), including deductions and depreciation—something not everyone takes the time to explain. She also guided me on how to prepare starting now for next year by organizing maintenance expenses and documentation. She was very patient, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy who truly wants to help, Monica Velazquez is an excellent Choise./ Hoy tuve la oportunidad de hacer mis taxes con Monica Velazquez y realmente la recomiendo al 100%.
