Veteran Chimney Sweep for chimney cleaning

Al swung by to have a look at the chimney on a 1925 house. He was only able to partially complete the work due to the strange way the chimney was built. Since he could not fully complete the work, he did not charge a penny, despite spending all the time driving down & figuring out the trouble, then sweeping whatever…
Service was great. Receptionist was pleasant and understanding. Guy who came out arrived on time, service was quick.
Arrived at the very beginning of the estimated time window and done within an hour including a chimney sweep and minor repair. Highly satisfied and would recommend.
I had my chimney swept the beginning of November. I'm only giving 3 stars as of now until I have a chance to follow up with them. (They are closed weekends). I'm a little disappointed at my findings with the work that was performed after a little poking around the damper area today.
Al was extremely professional and thorough from start to finish. Would highly recommend!
Very pleasant business to work with. They do a great job and are super informative. Would highly recommend
I was very impressed. The technician was prompt, polite, and professional. He explained the results of his inspection and really put my mind at ease.
Wonderful, very professional service. Arrived in the scheduled time window, inspected, repaired a few mortar spots, and swept the chimney. Very clean and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Couldn’t recommend them more! Cleaned our chimney and noticed damaged mortar joints. Fixed that and didn’t even charge us extra. Left the house as clean as when he arrived. Quick, on time, professional, great price, great service.
They were right on time as promised, friendly and very informative. This was my first time using their service and they have gained a life long customer! I would ONLY recommend this company to anyone that needed this type of service.
I could not be happier with the service I received. Called me to ask if they could come early because they were ahead of schedule. Al was as professional as I could have hoped for. Definitely recommending to my friends and neighbors. Thank you!
Highly recommend! Echoing everyone else’s comments, Al was on time, efficient, courteous, and left the house spotless. I really appreciated his attention to detail and his honest feedback about caring for the chimney moving forward. Great company!
We would highly recommend Veteran Chimney Sweep. Al was very personable, honest and professional. He informed us we did not need a chimney sweep, and he answered all of our questions thoroughly. So refreshing to receive quality and reputable service.
Veteran Chimney Sweep did an amazing job. They got our chimney cleaned, were very professional and left without a trace. Look forward to using them again and again in the future!
If I could give 10 stars, I would. Been using veteran Chimney for more than 10 years in the two houses I've lived in. Also I have referred veteran Chimney to at least a dozen people and everyone has been happy with the work/service. The nicest and most honest guys.
