Village Plumbing, Air & Electric

The problems were identified quickly and the repairs were made in a timely manner. Prices were reasonable for the work performed. Very professional and knowledgeable employees.

The customer service is horrible, they arrived late on the calls, they lied about everything I paid for, and argued with me about what I paid for. Definitely do not recommend. Update Donald came out and fixed my leak and he was an absolute professional.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a wonderful experience with Josh from Village Plumbing, Air & Electrical! Our AC went out around 4 AM, and with us having a new born I was in a panic! Josh was so kind and responsive, walking us through what to do over the phone until he could come out later that morning. He truly went above and…

This was the only group available of several that I called for same day service on the weekend. Joshua explained everything clearly and overall I'd say I got excellent service. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Doug W! Our family was having an issue with our AC system, and Doug came out and took the time to thoroughly check everything and figure out what was going on. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and honest throughout the entire visit. What really stood out was how well he…

My air conditioner was not working and they got it all resolved the next day! Very kind and hardworking people. Would definitely recommend.

Huge thank you to Joel and Daniel for their incredible customer service. They walk me through the entire process, make sure I understood what was happening, and handled everything with complete professionalism. They’re both highly skilled and generally great to work with.

Soufiane came out to help today when my AC suddenly stopped working. He was great at explaining what was wrong and how to fix it. I would recommend Soufiane for his patience, kindness, and professionalism. The parts and labor also came with a warranty. Josh came out to inspect my HVAC and he was helpful in finding…

If you call, consider yourself blessed if Marquis shows up. He went above and beyond for us and got us set up for the heat wave! I know Village is expensive, but it’s worth it if the employees are as committed to professionalism and customer service as Marquis.
