Several days ago, the basement suffered sudden and significant water damage from an installation that went awry, and we needed help fast to prevent mold and save our belongings. Voda arrived the same day with a large, experienced crew that were wonderful to work with. Phase one was dry out the area which was done quickly with suctioning and then leaving dehydration machines and many fans, among other techniques. They also ensured all our belongings were moved to a dry area. Phase two was to remove the damaged carpet and drywall. They followed regulations and shared the need to test an area for asbestos (thankfully negative). They truly care about doing a thorough job and keeping residents safe. Customers also receive very thorough written reports, with data on dampness for pre- and post-remediation. This was my second flood experience so I know a good job when I see it!

We had water coming into our basement, and it turned into a pretty big project. Mike and his team were great from start to finish.
They first took the time to investigate where the water was coming from, then explained exactly what they found and what needed to be done. They were very professional, attentive, and responsive throughout the whole process, and the communication with everyone on the team was excellent.
What I appreciated most was that they always made sure I understood what was happening and what the next steps were. It was obviously not a situation we wanted to be in, but they made the experience as easy and stress-free as possible.
They did a fantastic job, and I would absolutely recommend them.

I had a great experience with Voda and would definitely recommend them! Derek was extremely thorough, explained the entire remediation process clearly, and walked me through all of my treatment options. He was also very professional and handled a difficult interaction with my tenant during the initial inspection with patience and grace. When he returned for the remediation, he remained professional and did an excellent job.
I also worked with Mike for coordination, and he was great to work with as well—responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with.
Great team and great service. I would definitely recommend Voda!
