Had a concern about some wiring issues. Zach and Matthew arrived, addressed the issue, then did a safety check on the entire house. Took the time to explain everything in a manner I could understand. Great service company.

Jonathan provided great electrical work for us in Carrollton! Had a wonderful experience from start to finish: they were friendly on the phone, they fit us in same-day, and Jonathan explained what he was doing and why while he was here. Having the work done by a licensed electrician plus the W3 Electric warranty gives peace of mind.
Zach came out to look at a ceiling fan issue. He was thorough and explained what the potential causes could be. He also inspected our panel, and provided a quote to add a dedicated outlet in the backyard for our smoker. We will continue to use W3 for our electrical work.

W3 Electric sent someone out within 2 hours. Jonathan Bailey was very professional and courteous. He explained the steps that needed to be done to have power restored by the next day. In the meantime they would bring generator in the morning. Offering 3% discount for check or cash, or 0% financing for 12 months!

London came by for are winter tune up. He did a thorough job checking our electric system, replaced batteries and tested smoke detector/carbon dioxide sensors. We then discussed potential electrical upgrades and he provided a few quotes. Five star service.
