Had Ware do work few years ago… company promised lifetime warranty. They connected sump line to the external French drain line… and everyone I talked to said that should’ve NEVER be done. Now I am having major drainage issues and I cannot even get a return phone call from a human being. Very pub par customer service
We had a great experience with WARE Landscaping. We hired them to fix some drainage issues around our home, including water settling near the foundation and sump pump runoff going in the wrong direction. Mike, the owner, came out and recommended a French drain and some grading to redirect the water. The whole…
I hired Ware Landscaping to route several downspouts to the storm sewer located next to my home. Overall, I had a good experience with them. They handled the permit process, worked quickly, and got the project completed efficiently. The crew was professional and knowledgeable, and they addressed any concerns I had…
We are very happy with the French drain and new sod installed by Ware Landscaping. The crew were hard workers and very ready to listen to what we need in our yard. Highly recommend ware landscaping for drainage solutions and sod installation.
Having standing water/seepage issues on our property, we investigated several companies who could replace the DIY installation of French drains we did years ago. We were impressed with Ware Landscaping’s online video. When Mike arrived, he evaluated the problem and thoroughly explained the solution for our drainage…
Ware Landscaping did an excellent job with our drainage project! Mike came out to give me a quote and was very personable, professional, and great at communicating throughout the process. The crew was thorough and made sure everything was done correctly. I’m very happy with the results and would highly recommend…
After a basement flooding issue, Ware did a fantastic job redoing our yards drainage. We are very happy with the results.
Mike came out and looked at my place and did an EXCELLENT job explaining what were the issues he saw and what was the proper remedy. He listened to all of my concerns and they were all addressed in the proposed solution. Many other landscaper bids excluded a lot of my concerns after talking about them in detail.…
We used Ware to build a retaining wall, a walkout patio, and an underground drainage system. We are really happy with how our backyard looks and functions now. We appreciate how hardworking the crew was. Our project was able to start and finish much sooner than expected. And when we came across some…
I had years of sporadic flooding in the finished basement of my 1929 bungalow due to the cinder block foundation. The two big companies wanted to rip up the side of my house. A recent random conversation led to my discovering the French drain. Because of excellent Google reviews I gave Ware a call. Mike did the…
After a major rain event flooded the basement, I reached out to Ware to get advice on how I could permanently prevent the issue. Unlike other companies who will only promote their solution, Ware took the time to come out, discuss multiple options and costs. I decided on installing a French drain system. They had…
We were so impressed with this company! Communication was prompt and clear. We asked for an estimate for yard cleanup and mulch and got some good advice from Michael about how to improve our drainage. The guys worked so hard and got the job done right. Would definitely use again.
A storm came about an hour after the laborers left and not a puddle in sight. They did a great job.
WARE LANDSCAPING & SNOW REMOVAL I am writing this brief review because of the fantastic experience we had with Ware Landscaping, Inc. For weeks me and my sons tried to resolve an issue dealing with water seepage in our garage. It was not resolved until I contacted Ware Landscaping. Our experience from project…
Mike and Wendy were very responsive to my initial request to talk about drainage challenges we were having in our yard. Mike showed up on time, we talked through the challenges we were facing and Mike prepared a quote while on the property. The work far exceeded my expectations. The team was great to work with and…
We have had a pretty bad water problem at our home since moving in a few years ago. Our sump pump runs constantly and needed help. Mike Ware and his team created a plan and executed it to perfection. We ended up with regrading of our entire property and French drains around the entire house, in addition to other…
100% recommend this company for anyone with standing water issues in their yard or near foundation. Installed a system that works and keeps my lawn dry even after torrential rain. Also great sodding and re-grading work.
