Dustin H did a good job and was here only about 1 hour to change out the torque master broken spring assembly.
Great job, fast and professional. Highly recommend.
I worked with Sarah to order a garage door, and it came out exactly as we wanted. The install and everything went great. I even had a last minute order change that they were willing to work with me on. I really appreciate their service, and I'm glad I chose them for my business.
Bob and JR were great
I always get great service from this company. They repair quickly, assess alternative solutions & I know they have my best interests in mind.
Ben is awesome. We threw him a challenge to realign my doors and I think they are better than they were before. Excellent work!
Great guys, very happy with our new doors and the responsive service! Thanks, Jackson, Tanner & Sarah!
WD Doors was the company used to install our garage doors when our house was built in 2015. Without fail they came out to help when our main door would only open a foot at a time. They spent a good hour trying to troubleshoot the issue, changing mother-boards, sensors, and even called the manufacturer. They really…
We had a remote garage door opener that quit working. Ben a technician from WD door came to reset the opener. He explained what probably happened due to new construction in our area. He also helped us set the code on our entry code pad which we hadn't been able to figure out since we moved in 6 months ago. There was…
Great experience! Bob inspected our door and spotted the issue right away and repaired it. Garage door is now working Great! Thank you!
Our garage door began stopping before it got all the way to the ground. WDdoor sent Bob to diagnose the cause. Bob was great. Bob listened. Bob shared his personal anecdotes fixing similar problems working with WDdoor. Our problem? My daughter had set the recycle bin too close to the garage door. The door got…
Ben was great to work with. Fixed the two issues and then helped with programming vehicles, remotes and pads. Very pleasant!

I had to old chain drive garage doors replaced with new belt drive LiftMasters. Wow what a difference. The are so quite. The process was so easy. I worked with Sarah on the sales end of the project. My service guy was Ben, he gave me a call prior to our scheduled time and I wasn’t available until later, so he was able to come later to accommodate my schedule!!!! Once he arrived, it was strictly business and he was gone before I knew it. I would recommend your company to friends, and would also suggest they request Ben as their service guy!! Thank you!

Had Jackson and Tyler from the Ankeny, IA branch install my new garage door. They were very nice and even gave me a heads up on when they planned on arriving. From our initial consultation with Sarah, to installation with Jackson and Miguel, we could not have asked for a better experience. Sarah was great about keeping us informed and Jackson and Miguel were professional, great about answering questions, and conscientious about clean up and also kind to our dog! Highly recommend!
Bob with WD door was excellent. He was professional and very patiently described to me the details of re-programming my garage doors. I highly recommend Bob and WDdoor.
Just a quick note on how professional the two men that installed my new barn door were. These installers (Josh A. & Kyle H.) worked extremely well together and were totally on their game and were all work and no play. I have used Wayne Dalton for years in my company and this was probably the best (Dream Team) of…
Bob and Tylertook my opener all the way apart and found I had a dead bug inside. Saved me $600 from buying a new opener.
We replaced our garage door and motor just in time for the cold snap. Now the little heater in our garage keeps up, and the door seals out the snow! Ronnie and Robbie were great and answered all my questions. The old door and motor were hauled away by the crew so I didn’t have to mess with disposal. The new motor…
The service tech who came out was knowledgeable and courteous. He fixed a problem that had existed for years.
I believe Bob was the one who came out to help with my door — turns out he’s a wizard! He did everything I thought I had already tried, and somehow got it working perfectly. I haven’t had a single issue since. The turnaround time for the appointment was also great — I called early in the week and he was able to come…
WDdoor is amazing! We called and they came within 24 hours. AJ was our tech and helped program my HomeLink, a code for the second door, reset our MyQ so the doors and light works AND oiled both doors so they are not so loud! Wow! All that with extreme expertise and politeness. A+ WDdoor and AJ!
