I took her to West Eugene after calling several veterinarians in the area who either said no they would not see her until next week or it would cost me $170 for an office visit.…
They treated our pets very well are cat never likes being picked up but when the vet picked her up, she loves him he pet her and gave her treats. This place is the best.🐱🐶. We also love their coloring contest!
This was by far the best service we have ever had here. A huge shout out to Brad and Hans. You guys are awesome and thanks again for making my daughter feel comfortable. Highly recommend asking for them if you ever go here.
I love this office. My pup is terrified of bet offices. And though he still trembles, he is willing to go in. They've always taken good care of us.

My dog's lump was a lipoma, so it was just one giant win all around.

My cat came home after 2 days not bearing weight on her left hind leg I suspected a soft tissue injury and rest would be what she needs. I took her to West Eugene after calling several veterinarians in the area who either said no they would not see her until next week or it would cost me $170 for an office visit. The veterinarian did not pressure me about vaccinations she did not pressure me into medications and procedures that I didn't need. Her examination pretty much ruled out a fracture and conservative measures were advised. They did not jump into any blood work or X-rays at this time. I appreciate them treating my cat for what she had wrong with her and not trying to get more money out of unnecessary procedures. This is the first vet that I have found in several years that I have liked

Called at 7AM on a Saturday with an acute mobility/pain issue. Was assisted by Brad, who immediately said not to worry, they would see us today. Dropped my Basset off at 8:00 and she received excellent care throughout the day. Dr. Walling called us twice with updates. Resting at home now and on the mend. Everyone we met there was awesome. Will be our new vets from now on for our 3 dogs. Thank you West Eugene Animal Hospital team.
