For 11+ years we have resolved any issues with a phone call for our security system, until last week. I had replaced batteries in three devices and one fell to the floor and was inoperative. Technician came out was able to repair instead of replacing. Personnel always courteous as helpful.

Westco has provided us with a comprehensive security solution, including top-of-the-line security cameras, access control…
We've been with Westco since 1995. We decided it was time to update our system so we could operate it remotely. This was accomplished on May 1st. The technician, Brian, converted our hardline system to WIFI. When finished with the installation, he checked the system to make sure everything worked properly. He then showed us how to set up the App on our cell phones and, most importantly, how to program the alarm using our cell phones.
All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.

Westco designed a robust audio visual system for our newly purchased 25 year old condo.
