Couldn’t have been a simpler process to book and get the plumber over to fix our sink. I reached out late at night and they were able to send someone over the next morning who did a great job on the service and also with explaining what needed to be done.
Came on time for a late night emergency drain clog. Plumber was very courteous and professional. Work was taken care of swiftly. Thanks for cleaning up afterwards, too.

I needed the drain line from my washing machine cleared recently and Western Rooter & Plumbing did an outstanding job. What I appreciated most was the courteous and professional handling of the entire process: clear communication, reasonable pricing, and friendly service.
Plumber could not have been nicer and was very thorough in addressing the problem. Fee was reasonable given the time spent to fix the problem. Office staff were proactive and organized when I called to schedule service. Communication was adequate in terms of keeping me apprised of the timing of the service call.
