Carlos came through short notice and helped clear the drain lines that were clogged at the house. Got the job done quick and very reasonable pricing. Feel like it’s always a crapshoot trying to not get scammed for any work on the house, but western rooter is legit for the plumbing gig.

He came to check my toilet regarding replacing. Did a very good job explaining what was needed!
They are very responsive and professional. Only thing is they are on the expensive side. Debating whether to go to another company to cut cost.

I called, and they came promptly. I thought the problem was my main drain. The guy had to get up on the roof and rooter on the roof. He did it, it's done, and it works.
Came exactly on time, explained to me exactly what they were doing, and left my driveway cleaner than it was when they got here!
