Daniel and Alex provided exceptional service replacing my kitchen sink setup. They swapped out my kitchen faucet, rebuilt the entire drain system, installed new strainers, and replaced both the hot and cold shutoff valves. Their work was outstanding from start to finish: Every connection is clean, leak-free, and…
Carlos Díaz was amazing. They worked fast and effecient while being extremely polite!
Plumbing Technician, James really did a good job in installing our bathroom faucet.
Bobby, who I had been informed in advance would be doing the job, called me 45 minutes before the scheduled arrival time to ask if he could arrive 30 minutes early. Great! Very professional, very competent, very clean, very helpful – went to a local hardware store to get new shut-offs to install in addition to the…
Used them several times in past 8 year's always happy, competent and not overly expensive
They are very responsive and professional. Only thing is they are on the expensive side. Debating whether to go to another company to cut cost.
I had the pleasure of experiencing top-notch service from Western Rooter Plumbing, thanks to Homar. He swooped in to rescue my plumbing nightmare, a pesky shower leak, and a handful of other maintenance headaches. Homar's expertise shone brightly as he efficiently tackled the tasks at hand, leaving no room for…
Daniel was prompt, thorough, and professional from start to finish. We will definitely be using this company for other plumbing projects and repairs in the future.

Vinny and crew are the best!!!
I had a new faucet to be installed. I had used Western Rooter before to install a faucet at another house so I called them again. I also thought it would be good to "snake" the main drain line as long as they were coming to the house. Pablo arrived on time and quickly installed the faucet. It was an identical…
I can't rave about Western enough. I found these guys about 4 years ago, and my only regret is that I didn't find them sooner. As a professional property manager I rely heavily on my contractors. What I require from all of my contractors is that they respond quickly, explain the problem to me, explain how to fix…
