Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! You guys were great! We had previous quotes for our outdoor leak repair for $11,000+ to repair the leak and replace all the pipes. Daniel was professional in explaining what was going on with our water heater and switched it out the same day. This is not the first time we've used Western Rooter and it…

I had Western Rooter come out and add an entire ADU to our house. They ran water and gas lines across the yard and performed all the inside work. They did an absolutely fantastic job. They are very responsive and professional. Only thing is they are on the expensive side. Debating whether to go to another company to cut cost.

We have them the go ahead to replace the pipe and they…

I can't rave about Western enough. I found these guys about 4 years ago, and my only regret is that I didn't find them sooner. As a professional property manager I rely heavily on my contractors. I have a pool drain that runs from the decking to the curb that was clogged. I called and RJ Hernandez showed up promptly. He ran a camera down the 60 year old clay pipe, and identified the problem as a broken pipe in one place, and a tree root in another. He was able to get rid of the root, and cut a hole in the…
Before calling Western Rooter, I contacted another plumbing company. There was a lot of water leaking underneath my house, I panicked thinking it was a broken pipe, the owner of this company came out, briefly took a look underneath my house and said I would have to wait for the bottom of my house to dry out before…
