The tech came out to give me an estimate on a leak. He was very professional and clear. Will definitely look to use this company for the repairs.
Homer came with Carlos and they were great! Worked to solve my leak issue! Very friendly and prompt. I would 💯 use them anytime. Fair pricing as well was a plus!
Had them come out to assess a water leak. Brandon Diaz was the technician and he did a great job in determining where the leak originated and it wasn’t from the pipes. This is the 2nd time I’ve interacted with Brandon and he provides great customer service. Make sure to ask for him.
Great service! They quickly fixed our plumbing issue and were very professional and reliable. Highly recommended!
Highly recommended plumbing company! I reached out to Western Rooter through Yelp and was impressed by their efficient communication. Jose and Shella were extremely responsive with scheduling, and I appreciated that they do not charge for an initial inspection, which is a huge plus. Other plumbing companies charge…
We discovered rusty pipe stains on the ceiling right below the guest room bathtub after a 24-hour community-wide water shutoff, which had led us to fill the tub for water storage. Our home warranty assigned a contractor, who cut into the ceiling below the bathtub to locate the issue and quoted $950 to fix the pipes,…
I highly recommend Alberto Sr And Alberto Jr, they are both very professional and explained everything !! They were able to fit me in same day and on a holiday weekend. 10/10 I recommend them

Always on time, communication is excellent. Polite. Professional and reliable. The best!
They are very responsive and professional. Only thing is they are on the expensive side. Debating whether to go to another company to cut cost.
Western Rooter examined the gas line for corrosion. They will submit a proposal.
Very responsive! Omar found and repaired plumbing issues that have been missed by other plumbers. We’ve been extremely pleased with Western Rooter and Plumbing customer and repair service and highly recommend them.
Thank you to Western Rooter & Plumbing. They’ve helped us much at our historic property over the years with their great service
Johnny was super helpful and knowledgeable. He explained our situation in depth and was able to find the root cause. We were able to fix the problem ourselves with a new part from Home Depot. Definitely will recommend this service to anyone.
We had the main pipe from the street to our house deteriorate to the point where it was leaking continuously. We had several plumbers come inspect the site and try to diagnose the problem, but Western Rooter was the only one that located the source of the leak. We have them the go ahead to replace the pipe and they…
These guys are great and saved me a ton of money!!! My neighbor suspected that I had a leak on my property that was causing damage to his garage and requested that I pay for the repairs, I called Western, the plumbing service that I’ve been using for over 10 years now. They inspected my plumbing/irrigation and my…
Great work from Carlos and Brandon! I really appreciate it.
Absolutely great service from the time I called for an appointment until the plummer left. Quick, clean work and they didn’t charge as much as they could, very fair pricing. I would whole hardly recommend Western Rooter to anyone needing plumbing . Don’t hesitate to call.
Called them once and showed up on time. Very nice and clear explanation of the work needed to perform. Excellent pricing, most definitely will recommend them to my friends and family.
Omar was great in helping me solve my slab leak issue. He was courteous and knowledgeable.
Very professional and reasonably priced
A lifesaver! I had a water leak revealed by an enormous water bill! I was able to get an immediate appointment and Carlos found and was able to repair my broken pipe. This company has friendly and knowledgeable employees and quality service!
Tony serviced the sewer cleanout 5 years ago. We requested him this time to examine an old, frozen cleanout. As always, he is professional, knowledgeable and upfront with his recommendations.
Been using WR personally & professionally for 20+ years, and these guys are truly the plumbers that everyone wants. They did an outstanding job at my house today!!
Fixed problem
Western Rooter is a very reliable source for resolving any plumbing issue. The guys are always great and friendly and service oriented. Thank you for always being there for us.
Very good service
Western Rooter & Plumbing was efficient in setting up an appointment for me. Tony the plumber was very respectful and took the time to explain everything that he would be working on that day. The work was quality and I truly appreciate Tony's great customer service. I will contact this company again in the future if any plumbing issues arise.

We were very impressed with the work that Western Rooter did at our home. They were very professional, helpful and knowledgeable - especially Arnold and Ricki. We highly recommend them - you won’t be disappointed.
Professional, courteous. Identified problem quickly with camera. Was honest in need for further work needed. Explained work and answered questions honestly. Gave estimate of current work before starting and rough estimate of future work to be done. Careful in clean up not to damage new vinyl flooring.
Called to let me know they were on there way, and all done in the widow of arrival, polite young man.
I can't rave about Western enough. I found these guys about 4 years ago, and my only regret is that I didn't find them sooner. As a professional property manager I rely heavily on my contractors. What I require from all of my contractors is that they respond quickly, explain the problem to me, explain how to fix…
I have used Western Rooter several times over the last few years, including to buy my water heater and to do a number of plumbing repairs. I have had consistently good experiences with all of their technicians, and especially excellent experiences with Omar, who did a complicated repair for me a few months ago, and…
My family is pleased with the great work Homar and his crew has done. They are truly professional and skilled at their work. I will continue to use their service!
This company is my go to for plumbing needs. Pablo came out this time and I had the same great experience as I did back in January.

RYAN WAS GREAT ALWAYS HAS BEEN EXCELLENT SERVICE & and follow up
As an engineer myself, I appreciate quality skill when I see it. I was pleased with Flaco's work. He is an excellent plumber. He was able to shutoff the water to the entire building, replace a very bad valve with calcium buildup and put it all back with care and excellence!
These guys are legit. Kevin worked his tail off and kept me informed the whole way. The guys in his team were very professional and I feel good about the work. I will definitely call them next time I need plumbing.
Danny arrived on time. Extremely professional and explained the issues and his process to fix very well. He was kind and even help clean out a few faucets after the busted pipe was fixed.
Called emergency at 11:30pm, they picked up phone and discussed with me for possible broken main sewer line, no need to fix it at midnight, showed up 7:00 in the morning.
We have been working with Tony Ernal at Western Rooter since 5/17/2011, I just checked our receipts to be exact. We trust Western Rooter and always have requested Tony. I couldn't be more satisfied. The guys were courteous and clean. They were patient to answer every question and thorough in their work. They showed me video and photos so I could be assured of what was going on under the house, and explained their work every step of the way. They did everything it took to get the…
CHARLIE did an amazing job...The job was hard and took all day, but he did everything by himself...He's AWESOME....Thank you so much Charlie.
I hired Western Rooter to help with a bathroom remodel, and Mitch was the consummate professional from beginning to end. The plumbing work itself was perfect, but I especially appreciated how well Mitch and the rest of the team communicated with me throughout the process. Highly recommend!
Before calling Western Rooter, I contacted another plumbing company. There was a lot of water leaking underneath my house, I panicked thinking it was a broken pipe, the owner of this company came out, briefly took a look underneath my house and said I would have to wait for the bottom of my house to dry out before…
Our HOA called Western Rooter with a water leak in the driveway. Josh Mendez and Jake Morine were onsite within 20 minutes. They were complete professionals. They worked hard all day and cleaned up when they were finished. I would definitely recommend Western Rooter.
