Western Rooter did a great job for us. Chucky and Jonathan were professional, knowledgeable, and thorough — they explained the work clearly and made sure everything was done right. Fair pricing and excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend!
Daniel and Alex provided exceptional service replacing my kitchen sink setup. They swapped out my kitchen faucet, rebuilt the entire drain system, installed new strainers, and replaced both the hot and cold shutoff valves. Their work was outstanding from start to finish: Every connection is clean, leak-free, and…
Anthony was awesome! He arrived fairly quickly and was able to address the issue immediately. He was polite and professional throughout. We would definitely call them again the next time we have an issue!
Homer came with Carlos and they were great! Worked to solve my leak issue! Very friendly and prompt. I would 💯 use them anytime. Fair pricing as well was a plus!
The main sewer line is the critical backbone of your home's plumbing, and Jaime Sandoval and his team delivered. They dedicated an entire week to my large job, ensuring no scheduling conflicts. For my old house, he carefully cleaned the existing pipes, added new lining to existing pipes, replaced broken sections,…
I appreciate the after hours dispatch service; therefore, I have no problem with the price charged. However, I don't like the pressure and guilt of getting me to do something that's clearly outside of my control.
So we just had Western Rooter out like a week or two ago and they did a great job. Totally unrelated to our hot water tank issue we started noticing a damp dank smell in one of our bathrooms. The joys of a 1950's house. We also had a drainpipe on the back porch from the previous owner that we wanted capped off to…
We discovered rusty pipe stains on the ceiling right below the guest room bathtub after a 24-hour community-wide water shutoff, which had led us to fill the tub for water storage. Our home warranty assigned a contractor, who cut into the ceiling below the bathtub to locate the issue and quoted $950 to fix the pipes,…
I had an excellent experience today with Western Supreme who had two plumbers out within 20 minutes. My complex always uses this company, but I wanted to compliment the job done by the two plumbers today, both named Alberto. They responded quickly, fixed the problem efficiently, and cleaned up everything afterwards.…
Carlos provided an estimate and did the service right then and there. Super helpful and he also worked fast. I'd definitely hire again for future plumbing needs.
The clay sewer line at my tenant's house is broken. I call Western Rooter on a Friday afternoon & they send someone the same day to fix the issue, so that my tenants can use the plumbing over the weekend! Arnold, Carlos and their crew were back Monday morning to replace the broken pipe. They are incredibly…
Staff were so professional; took time to explain what needs to be done in detail, answered all my questions before starting the work. Staff were not rushed, and did a thorough job.
Great work! I can now do my wash without the sink overflowing all over the floor, Thank you, Susan Moss

He came to check my toilet regarding replacing. Did a very good job explaining what was needed!
They are very responsive and professional. Only thing is they are on the expensive side. Debating whether to go to another company to cut cost.
The crew was very quick and professional and very pleasant! They gave me options for the repair and it was up to me to choose which one I select, there was no steering or pressure to go with either one. They were very respectful of the surroundings, very clean, completely cleaned up after the job was done! Great…
I had the pleasure of experiencing top-notch service from Western Rooter Plumbing, thanks to Homar. He swooped in to rescue my plumbing nightmare, a pesky shower leak, and a handful of other maintenance headaches. Homar's expertise shone brightly as he efficiently tackled the tasks at hand, leaving no room for…
Good but extraordinarily expensive. about 3 to 4 times the amount of other plumbers including RJ Collins.
Called at 11 am Elias showed up within 2 hours completed the work, cleaned up after himself, was extremely polite, professional and had no issues explaining the problem and the solution. Best phone call I made.
Reuben and Reuben Jr both addressed the problem and offered a solution and fixed it.
Josef came, assessed the leak and had it fixed within a few hours. The repair was right on quote. I’ll definitely use them again.

We had the main pipe from the street to our house deteriorate to the point where it was leaking continuously. We had several plumbers come inspect the site and try to diagnose the problem, but Western Rooter was the only one that located the source of the leak. We have them the go ahead to replace the pipe and they…
We needed HydroJet of our main line as well as replacement of under kitchen sink old pipes and snaking of kitchen line due to grease build up which had clogged. Arnold and Jordan were the plumbers on this job and were fantastic! Explained everything, showed me the process, were professional and polite. Great…
Excellent service. Fast response and very fair price. Carlos is the best! Been using them for 25 years and will continue to do so.
Western Rooter is a very good business. They are prompt for estimates and service calls. Staff is very professional. They work diligently and efficiently. For my work, they responded to a midnight call for a sewer lateral blockage and performed CCTV inspection and hydrojet the following day to make sure the…

RJ and his apprentice Angel is the most professional team you can hire for basically all your plumbing issues. He even took time sharing his career knowledge and offer solutions beyond property owners concern. Always 2 steps ahead, very thoughtful. This guy's deserves a 10/5. A perfect 5 isn't enough!! Thank you again team RJ & Western Rooter!
A lifesaver! I had a water leak revealed by an enormous water bill! I was able to get an immediate appointment and Carlos found and was able to repair my broken pipe. This company has friendly and knowledgeable employees and quality service!
Unclogged bath tub drain. Also provided recommendations about a secondary problem regarding a dripping overhead shower.
Tony serviced the sewer cleanout 5 years ago. We requested him this time to examine an old, frozen cleanout. As always, he is professional, knowledgeable and upfront with his recommendations.

Been using WR personally & professionally for 20+ years, and these guys are truly the plumbers that everyone wants. They did an outstanding job at my house today!!
This company came out and repiped our entire complex. They were polite and professional. In the process, my sink stoppers failed due to the reason we were repiping and I had them replace those, too. It was fabulous work. Construction is tough. It completely sucks and I am not a fan of living in it. However, this…
Daniel was very knowledgeable and experienced. He went above and beyond what was requested and was able to provide clarity on seriousness of issues raised by another party. He quickly and thoroughly identified the issue and provided practical advice, clear explanations and quick estimates. His professionalism and…

I called for service on my toilet leak at 8am. They gave me a window of 9-11am. Ricky Pérez arrived at 9:05pm. Im always amazed when people are able to find my building because I live in a maze of townhouses. He found my unit no problem. Found the leak and had it fixed by 9:10am. We finished up the paper work before…
Good quality, value, professional and responsive
I can't rave about Western enough. I found these guys about 4 years ago, and my only regret is that I didn't find them sooner. As a professional property manager I rely heavily on my contractors. What I require from all of my contractors is that they respond quickly, explain the problem to me, explain how to fix…
I have used Western Rooter several times over the last few years, including to buy my water heater and to do a number of plumbing repairs. I have had consistently good experiences with all of their technicians, and especially excellent experiences with Omar, who did a complicated repair for me a few months ago, and…

CHARLIE did an amazing job...The job was hard and took all day, but he did everything by himself...He's AWESOME....Thank you so much Charlie.
We needed some plumbing work done and Kevin came out to help. He was extremely professional. Even after the work was done I called his number a couple times during odd hours for additional questions and he always picked up and was always professional. I would definitely recommend Kevin from Western Rooter for any plumbing work.
I had a great experience with Western Rooter. Vinny and his team were very professional and friendly. I had an issue with a leaking vertical sewer pipe, which was located behind a wall. The team inspected the pipe and walked me through the various options and benefits/costs of each. After initially completing the…
Western rooters were great. Ricky was fantastic, they didn’t give up until they found the clog and hydro jet’d in different places. Two good plumbers could not fix this and said we would probably have to tear out a wall. Very gratefull for Western Rooters! Would highly recommend them
A first time apartment owner and landlord, I needed major plumbing services within the first 6 months of ownership. The first time was a series of gas leaks which were quickly repaired by Western Rooter. The second time was the significant work of adding 2 gas meters and the requisite task of re-routing/adding gas…
