I have been using Western Rooter for the last 20 years. Alberto and Pablo took care of my landscape drainage pipe problems by using hydrojetter to clear out muds and roots. They were very courteous, professional and on time. I would highly recommend them.
Justin and Diego were able to show up before appt. Very polite and knocked the work out in record time. Very pleased.
I had a blockage in main, they clean and lined it out and cleaned up after. I was very grateful!
Great service, prompt and professional
The main sewer line is the critical backbone of your home's plumbing, and Jaime Sandoval and his team delivered. They dedicated an entire week to my large job, ensuring no scheduling conflicts. For my old house, he carefully cleaned the existing pipes, added new lining to existing pipes, replaced broken sections,…
I couldn’t be happier with the service I received today! They fixed my sewer line’s root problem once and for all. It was amazing to see them dig down five feet, clear the roots, and finish the lining all in one afternoon. They were professional, efficient, and left everything looking great. Thank you so much for…
Prompt, courteous and very detailed. Justin did an excellent job explaining what needed to be done. Thank you so much!
Alex came out in a rainy Sunday night to clear a blockage in the outgoing line and got our toilets working in the shortest possible time. He even called when he was stuck in traffic to give us an update on his arrival time. We will definitely use Western Rooter - and ask for Alex - for any future plumbing problems.
So we just had Western Rooter out like a week or two ago and they did a great job. Totally unrelated to our hot water tank issue we started noticing a damp dank smell in one of our bathrooms. The joys of a 1950's house. We also had a drainpipe on the back porch from the previous owner that we wanted capped off to…
I highly recommend Alberto Sr And Alberto Jr, they are both very professional and explained everything !! They were able to fit me in same day and on a holiday weekend. 10/10 I recommend them
Western Rooter arrived on time. Once Justin, the crew chief, understood my problem he proceeded to outline the steps needed to clear out the clog in the sewer line. As work progressed I was kept informed by Justin showing me what their sewer camera found. Also the quality of the components needed to reconnect the…
The clay sewer line at my tenant's house is broken. I call Western Rooter on a Friday afternoon & they send someone the same day to fix the issue, so that my tenants can use the plumbing over the weekend! Arnold, Carlos and their crew were back Monday morning to replace the broken pipe. They are incredibly…
Staff were so professional; took time to explain what needs to be done in detail, answered all my questions before starting the work. Staff were not rushed, and did a thorough job.
I have been using Western Supreme Rooter for many, many years for all my plumbing needs. I highly recommend them!
Western Rooter did a great job cleaning out all our drains within two hours. I'm so happy with the work they did and now we can use our back bathroom again. I never knew how much we relied on that bathroom, until it wasn't working. Now, thanks to Western Rooter, it's working!!!
They are very responsive and professional. Only thing is they are on the expensive side. Debating whether to go to another company to cut cost.
Danielle and his team from Western Router did a fantastic job clearing out our clogged pipes and sewer line! They showed us every step of the process with their drain cameras so we could really see the issues at hand. We had a huge mess on our hands and really appreciated how quickly they got to us, and that they…
We needed HydroJet of our main line as well as replacement of under kitchen sink old pipes and snaking of kitchen line due to grease build up which had clogged. Arnold and Jordan were the plumbers on this job and were fantastic! Explained everything, showed me the process, were professional and polite. Great…
We needed our old 1920's sewer main descaled, and took a few bids. Western wasn't the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. They were very helpful in explaining what they were doing, provided a video of the descaled pipe, and were very respectful of the property. Can't say enough good things about the experience using them. Highly recommended.
I've had an ongoing route problem for my juniper trees which are over forty feet high for the last 40 years eventually they tried to convince me to get my clean out "blasted- out" which is 500 plus dollars the problem is they couldn't guarantee it in writing that it would last a few years as they quoted…
He tried Rootering with a snake 1st we had a tough spot with roots. They came back with a hydro jetter. They worked it and worked it until they got it's cleared. My aunt was very happy. She decided to be put on a 6 month maintenance so they won't have such a issue next time . It was a year and a half since you guys…
We had an excellent experience with a recent service call to Western Rooter. They came early and quickly remedied the clogged drain. This is the second time that I have used them in two years for different problems, and both times have been great. They even honored a misquoted price. I highly recommend them!
Robert M did a great job explaining the process before jetting the mainline to clear the clog and sending in the camera to check the problem with roots and pipe issues. Follow up work required installing a cleanout and sliplining the section of pipe from lot to street sewer. Work was effective and organized with…
Ruben Jr provided excellent service. He went beyond our expectations. Trustworthy, fast and fair value. We will use the service again if needed.
Quick and easy to schedule and resolve slow drain in shower and basin; general maintenance.
Bryce is a very competent technician and well organized and on time . If I have a say I will request Bryce for any others future needs. If the rest of your staff are bryce you deserve 5 stars. Thank you for being there.
Have always been extremely happy with their work. They were on time and did a clean fix to our plumbing issue. Through the years we have had both installation and repairs and would highly recommend them.
Excellent plumbing service on all levels
Excellent service I have used a couple years now. Explains things easily and priced fairly.
On time and fast.
Good people to work with. Responsive, professional and reliable
This company made a very difficult situation as easy as on my family as they could, working faster than expected and at a good and fair price. They were friendly and knowledgeable and precise in their work. Could not be more pleased with hiring them.
We had our main sewer line back up - not great. I called Western after getting a referral from another business and the dispatcher sent Justin over. He and his helper arrived within the time window sent to me, the communication was excellent. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and used a drain auger to…
We were very impressed with the work that Western Rooter did at our home. They were very professional, helpful and knowledgeable - especially Arnold and Ricki. We highly recommend them - you won’t be disappointed.
Wow, these guys are great! Arnold and his partner were communicative, prompt, and professional. They resolved our issues quickly, and we would definitely recommend them to a friend. Daniel and Aura were also great to work with, good teamwork. Thanks again!
They are the best service I ever had.
Jared was right on time. He explained the whole procedure and then showed me pictures of my pipes after completion.
I can't rave about Western enough. I found these guys about 4 years ago, and my only regret is that I didn't find them sooner. As a professional property manager I rely heavily on my contractors. What I require from all of my contractors is that they respond quickly, explain the problem to me, explain how to fix…
I have used Western Rooter several times over the last few years, including to buy my water heater and to do a number of plumbing repairs. I have had consistently good experiences with all of their technicians, and especially excellent experiences with Omar, who did a complicated repair for me a few months ago, and…
