CJ was the best. He explained everything that was needed to repair the sewer line in my home. I would also like to let Western Rooter know what a Fantastic Employee they have. He is an asset to your company.
Although they're definitely not competing on price, service was excellent. They told me they could finish a major sewer line repair by end of day, and they didn't leave until 10 pm (and brought in extra guys) to keep that promise. Everyone was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would call them again, and they earned a 5-star review.
Quick and efficient
Came on time for a late night emergency drain clog. Plumber was very courteous and professional. Work was taken care of swiftly. Thanks for cleaning up afterwards, too.
The main sewer line is the critical backbone of your home's plumbing, and Jaime Sandoval and his team delivered. They dedicated an entire week to my large job, ensuring no scheduling conflicts. For my old house, he carefully cleaned the existing pipes, added new lining to existing pipes, replaced broken sections,…
I couldn’t be happier with the service I received today! They fixed my sewer line’s root problem once and for all. It was amazing to see them dig down five feet, clear the roots, and finish the lining all in one afternoon. They were professional, efficient, and left everything looking great. Thank you so much for…
Prompt, courteous and very detailed. Justin did an excellent job explaining what needed to be done. Thank you so much!
So we just had Western Rooter out like a week or two ago and they did a great job. Totally unrelated to our hot water tank issue we started noticing a damp dank smell in one of our bathrooms. The joys of a 1950's house. We also had a drainpipe on the back porch from the previous owner that we wanted capped off to…
The clay sewer line at my tenant's house is broken. I call Western Rooter on a Friday afternoon & they send someone the same day to fix the issue, so that my tenants can use the plumbing over the weekend! Arnold, Carlos and their crew were back Monday morning to replace the broken pipe. They are incredibly…
This time I had another company to come out. Somebody who has familiar with and through the came. I under $300. What I was quoted in the first company and they did. A much better job I love Alex, he's very professional and he's very knowledgeable And trustworthy.
Used them several times in past 8 year's always happy, competent and not overly expensive
They are very responsive and professional. Only thing is they are on the expensive side. Debating whether to go to another company to cut cost.
Very professional. They made a difficult job look easy.
I called, and they came promptly. I thought the problem was my main drain. The guy had to get up on the roof and rooter on the roof. He did it, it's done, and it works.
Western Rooter is a very good business. They are prompt for estimates and service calls. Staff is very professional. They work diligently and efficiently. For my work, they responded to a midnight call for a sewer lateral blockage and performed CCTV inspection and hydrojet the following day to make sure the…
informational and good price
Very quick to show up, very clear about service, very reasonable on price. Without a doubt I recommend them and will use again.
Western Rooter did a complete trenchless replacement of 120 feet of very old residential sewer pipe using pipe burst for most and resin liner under the street. It was a bear, but they did all of this very professionally. They kept me informed of what they were planning and how it was going the whole time, cleaned up…
Robert M did a great job explaining the process before jetting the mainline to clear the clog and sending in the camera to check the problem with roots and pipe issues. Follow up work required installing a cleanout and sliplining the section of pipe from lot to street sewer. Work was effective and organized with…
I have used this western rooter in the past for all my plumbing issues. They always do a great job. Prompt service I am a very satisfied customer.
Arnold and his entire team were amazing! They were quick to come out same day to give an estimate and were super helpful with additional insight. They completed our huge project (main line sewer repair) in 1 day and had tons of guys on the job, in the pouring rain! Everyone was very friendly and professional. Thanks…
Bryce is a very competent technician and well organized and on time . If I have a say I will request Bryce for any others future needs. If the rest of your staff are bryce you deserve 5 stars. Thank you for being there.
Was quoted shouldn’t be no more than $200. For a routine main line clog. I even opted to take the after hour service which was double. Had the same issue multiple times, was a quick snake every time. They used a poor snake first attempt then tried to charge me because they finally used the correct snake. They almost…
They were great from top to bottom. Easy to talk to, explained everything thoroughly, quick clean work, and professional. After they finished, it was as if they were never there. Definitely recommend them for any sewer or plumbing needs. Salvador was a great point man.
We were highly recommended by a top realtor family member and boy we’re so grateful! This guys are amazing, fast and professional! We will definitely use them again and we will 100% recommend their services!! Thank you 🙏🏻
They were very professional, on time, and got the work done quickly amd efficiently. Thank you very much!
John squeezed us in for a evaluation and made practical recommendations that we really appreciated. Very friendly, neighbor-like service.
This company made a very difficult situation as easy as on my family as they could, working faster than expected and at a good and fair price. They were friendly and knowledgeable and precise in their work. Could not be more pleased with hiring them.
We were very impressed with the work that Western Rooter did at our home. They were very professional, helpful and knowledgeable - especially Arnold and Ricki. We highly recommend them - you won’t be disappointed.
I can't rave about Western enough. I found these guys about 4 years ago, and my only regret is that I didn't find them sooner. As a professional property manager I rely heavily on my contractors. What I require from all of my contractors is that they respond quickly, explain the problem to me, explain how to fix…
Western Rooter saved the day thanks to Mitch! I hired another plumbing company to do a big job running a drain line around my house and when that company messed up I was super frustrated and didn't know what to do. I searched Yelp and the first 5 STAR company that came up was "Western Rooter" and from the start…
they told me what was wrong and they are getting on it i like that in a company. my neighbors told me they are the best .
Jerad and Justin worked on a broken sewer line for a shopping center we manage. They were extremely responsive, professional, and kept us informed of everything. I have been working with Western Rooter for many years now, and have always been pleased with their work.
excellent service
My realtor recommended Western Rooter & Plumbing. I'm glad he did. They came fully prepared to check my sewer line and discovered some pipe breakage from invasive tree roots. Mark, George and Omar explained the issues and show me video to make an informed decision. They fixed the sewer line at a reasonable cost. I'm very happy with their work.
Called emergency at 11:30pm, they picked up phone and discussed with me for possible broken main sewer line, no need to fix it at midnight, showed up 7:00 in the morning.
Amazing and professional service. Justin and his crew worked well into the night to make sure our sewer line ran better than it had before!!!
Western rooter came and helped me diagnose my sewer flooding situation, very professional and they carry all the right tools to perform the job efficiently. Mark and Arnold were extremely friendly and offered me various repair options and pricing, these guys are honest and good. They will be my go to going forward
We are very pleased with the sewer repair and highly recommend Western Rooter. Danny came on time for our estimates. He explained thoroughly, and arranged dig alert immediately. The job is expensive, but we feel we are in good hands. They worked so efficiently! It only took a day to finish. We are happy that…
Our drains clogged up only days before Thanksgiving. We were worried this would ruin our holiday dinner! The clogged drain turned out to be a bigger problem than expected - but the Western Rooter plumbers did not give up. They all worked diligently and tirelessly to complete the job. Albert was especially hard…
I had a great experience with Western Rooter. Vinny and his team were very professional and friendly. I had an issue with a leaking vertical sewer pipe, which was located behind a wall. The team inspected the pipe and walked me through the various options and benefits/costs of each. After initially completing the…
Western rooters were great. Ricky was fantastic, they didn’t give up until they found the clog and hydro jet’d in different places. Two good plumbers could not fix this and said we would probably have to tear out a wall. Very gratefull for Western Rooters! Would highly recommend them
I needed a new sewer pipe. I had four estimates. I was ready to go with another company but something stopped me from going with them. That nudge that told me not to do it. Then Western Rooter showed up to see the issue and give an estimate. Charlie was the person I spoke with. He placed a camera in the pipes and…
Before calling Western Rooter, I contacted another plumbing company. There was a lot of water leaking underneath my house, I panicked thinking it was a broken pipe, the owner of this company came out, briefly took a look underneath my house and said I would have to wait for the bottom of my house to dry out before…
