We reached out to find a cleaner for once or twice a month and was recommended to some cleaners by Tiffany bc she had a full clients list and couldn't take my family on. We reached out and had a cleaner she recommended come out and at the end of the 6 hrs they were here, my house still looked like my husband and I just cleaned. We booked for a deep clean bc we recently moved into our house and didn't receive what we booked but was charged $$$ for stuff that wasn't done. Tiffany reached out to check on her recommendations work, and was surprised to hear our response. She came out and made it right. She took the time out of her day to come, unpaid, to fix the wrong of her recommendation. We didn't let her leave empty handed honestly bc it wasn't her wrong, but still. Just the fact she went out of her way to come clean correctly made a big impact. Thank you Tiffany. When you're ready for new clients let us know!! 😁

Tiffany was really sweet, professional, and knowledgeable about her skills. Tiffany made arrangements to clean for me the following day. I needed a deep clean due to getting behind as a working mom with a toddler. Tiffany gave me a quote, but then decided to stay much longer than the original plan to make sure everything was done, without charging more. She deserved much more for her service. My house looked great, and for once I was able to have a relaxing weekend with my family without worrying how we were going to get all the chores completed.
