I have a rescue kitty that makes it almost impossible to cut his nails. I made an appointment, Tiffany arrived and let me tell you this woman has the patience of a saint. We were both underneath my bed trying to get Mr Percy. She finally got him, was able to trim all 4 paws. When she opened the blanket, he just laid…

Tiffany was great! She clipped our diva cat’s nails in no time. It took the vet 3 people and lots of screeching. Tiffany did it in 5 minutes. It’s obvious how much she loves animals.

Tiffany and her team are INCREDIBLE! We always know we can count on them whenever we go out of town. Over the years, they have gone above and beyond to ensure that our cats are receiving high quality care. From fitting in last minute visits to administering medication, they are really the best!

We were both underneath my bed trying to get Mr Percy. She finally got him, was able to trim all 4 paws. When she opened the blanket, he just laid in her lap. He's not a lap kitty by any means. I would trust her over anyone with my pets.

There is not enough I can say that will explain how amazing While You Were Out is! We always know our pup is in good hands during daycare and boarding, allowing us to be worry-free anytime we need to leave him for a few days or even longer. Aside from being a service we can trust, they always go far above and beyond, giving our pup a cute bandana or themed photo on holidays, art projects that we proudly display on our fridge, and even custom items like stickers with his face on them!! Recently, we needed some unexpected, last-minute care when our human baby decided to come 3 weeks early and WYWO gladly took our pup for a week, no questions asked! They truly bent over backwards to accommodate our needs, removing one worry for us during a very stressful time. Our pup is so happy and loved at WYWO. They have our business for life!

I use this company almost monthly for the past year. I love reading the little stories I get about my pets, and the pictures really help too. They always take in my mail, and any deliveries I get. They are great about setting my alarm every time. If I hear someone worried about their pets while they go on vacation I always recommend While You Were Out!

Please do not take your dog here! While I was on vacation for about a week, my dog was bitten in the face and the owner lied to me about it saying my dog had an alergic reaction to the bubbles they were using outside that day. He has never had an alergic reaction to anything. When I got home and saw the wound, I contacted the vet they took him to and requested the vet paperwork. It clearly stated he had a bite wound and was treated for a bite wound. One of his back legs was also injured at daycare at this location just a few weeks before that. I took my dog out of regular daycare right away and found another wonderful daycare for my dog. I suggest you do the same.

Best pet sitters in Milwaukee. I have used this service twice and will always recommend them to anyone looking for pet sitters. Not only do they feed, walk, play with, fill water & empty litter, they bring in mail and generally ensure my pets are safe and happy. They sent photos with a note detailing all they did each visit. They also went out of the way to coordinate with my landlord to ensure my dog was safe from the landlord's dogs when I requested that service. Absolutely trust and love this company!
