I brought my PC in for a motherboard replacement, and he kept me updated every step of the way. When additional issues came up (cooling and fan noise), he took the time to properly diagnose them instead of rushing the job. The computer is now running like new. Communication was clear, pricing was transparent, and he answered all my questions without any pressure. 10/10 service!! Highly Recommend!!!
