The rep came out on day one and took pictures and measurements of fogged patio glass door. Few days later they came and replaced the glass. It took them less than an hour which included setup, installation and clean up afterwards. They also fixed my patio door rollers and now the door slides open like new if not…
Ali did a fantastic job fixing our Marvin window. Broken shoe and balance tube after many years of cleaning both sides of the window and opening / closing it. Professional , prompt , thorough, reasonable price . He knows it all. Has contact with glass factory if need that too. Can’t DIY these things- call a professional - Ali !
The window repair person (Zane) did a fantastic job repairing 9 windows at our place and replacing 2 of them. Lot's of quality hardwood that was replaced, finished and stain matched to existing woodwork. A lot of the wood framing behind the flashing was replaced due to rot and re-caulking and silicone sealing.…
I had 2 4'x5' picture window panes replaced on 12-14-2022. The guys did an awesome professional job and were very courteous and explanatory as well. The workmanship is of high quality and the price was very reasonable. I am very pleased with the work and would highly recommend them. Thanks guys !
After a few years of looking for legit window repair business, these guys are absolutely phenomenal! First of all Ruslan who's one of the owners is very courteous, professional and timely when communicating. And it's amazing with how busy they are. They gave me a very competitive quote. They were cheaper than most…
Great customer service, will recommend them to anyone.
Recommended to me by a builder friend and I’m glad he did. I needed a casement window crank mechanism handle replaced and the window itself realigned. In addition I needed a thermal pane window replaced because the seal had been compromised. From the initial call of inquiry, to the in-person estimate for…
I was suspicious of all the five star reviews but they legitimately earned this rating. They showed up early, fixed my window in 20 minutes, gave great advice for future maintenance and on top of that they were affordable. A great professional company that I will recommend to anyone who needs window repair!
I called about my picture window, they came measured and replaced it quickly and sufficiently. I’m more than completely satisfied … thank you gentlemen so very much for working with me and completing the work for me.
They did a great job! Quick estimate and stuck to it. Installation was very quick.
Great to do business with! Professional, prompt and very reasonable price. Would do business again, highly recommend!
Zainulla and Abdulla were great! Thanks guys!
Found this company on Google. Hired them to repair several windows for my parents as well as several at my own house. Communication was great - very responsive via phone and text. Expectations were clear in terms of the time and cost. Installation was efficient and everyone was friendly. Will hire again!
I purchased a home with several window issues. The basement windows lost their seal and required glass replacement. Then, many of our Pella casement windows would not open and close properly. Most required adjustments, few had broken latches and a handful had warped wood. Lastly, my Pella patio door enclosed blinds…
Jorge was on time , very polite , and repaired the window quickly with efficiency ! I recommend this company and will be using them on future home window repairs !!! Ruslan was also great to work with and very friendly !
Jorge was on time, clean, and professional. They made the inconvenience of having a broken window as painless as possible. Also the price was very reasonable!
Absolutely every interaction I had with the window repair group was beyond professional. My initial contact was with Ruslan. He came over the very next day to measure and give me an estimate. I had fair pricing within three hours. My glass needed to be ordered. I was kept updated as to the status of the order.…
The young man, Jorge Ruiz was very courteous, professional and did an excellent job of fixing our windows. He was was careful and cleaned up after himself. I would recommend this company to anyone needing to fix their double paned window glass to anyone.
Window Repair Group was the best quote we received after getting estimates from several companies. We were also very happy with the service Jorge provided in repairing rotten wood on 3 large windows, plus his partner installed glass including a custom template. We would recommend this company to anyone needing window updating or repair.
I am extremely happy with the work I had done to 4 of my windows. He was professional and did a wonderful job.
