I'm a contractor, who had a project that got a little dusty and dirty. I needed to take care of the situation for my client.
First thing first, Denise answered the phone right away. I filled her in on the project, scope of work, and some special needs of the client. She came out right away, inspected the jobsite, provided an estimate up front, discussed availability, and what the cleaning would entail. She knew what she was about. She was professional, direct with her communication, and set clear expectations.
Today the cleaning was completed. My client is happy, the cost didn't break the bank, and I know who I want to refer work to in the future.
To put things in perspective, I had no idea what to expect. I just went down the list of cleaning companies and called one by one. Those other places just didn't answer. The vast majority did not call or text back, and those that did were beyond my deadline. I wish Xtreme Clean Pros was my first phone call.
