Google reviewers rate Zen Air Duct Cleaners 4.8 out of 5 based on 92 reviews. Customers frequently cite punctuality, clear communication, and thorough cleaning of air ducts, dryer vents, and HVAC components as key positives. Many note that technicians explain processes, share before-and-after photos, and protect home surfaces during work. As a new and expecting mom, keeping our home’s air ducts and vent system clean is very important for our family. We wanted better indoor air quality so our lungs stay healthier and everyday dust and allergy triggers stay under control.
The duct cleaning service made a big difference. The before and after photos were amazing and really showed how much buildup was removed from the vents and ductwork.
Now I feel much more comfortable knowing the airflow in our home is cleaner and the air circulation should be much better. That peace of mind means a lot for our family.
The whole process felt thorough, professional, and focused on creating a healthier living space. It was clear that careful attention was given to the vent system and overall air quality.
I highly recommend this air duct cleaning service to anyone in San Jose who wants cleaner vents, fresher indoor air, and a healthier home environment.

I called Derek on a Sunday because we found what looked like animal droppings in our dryer vent, and he calmly explained the next steps and tried to help us save both time and money. We were not familiar with dryer vent cleaning, but he came out the next morning, inspected everything, cleaned the dryer vent, replaced the flex vent, and cleaned the dryer itself. He handled the whole job quickly and professionally and made sure the airflow was working properly again. The pricing was clear and straightforward with no extra charges. Very honest, pleasant, and easy to work with. We really appreciated the fast response, the helpful advice, and the thorough vent cleaning service, and we will definitely recommend this air duct and dryer vent cleaning company to our friends in San Jose.
