Have been using Mobile Auto Clinic for years. I live in South Austin and they are always so good at working me in quickly when I have a dead vehicle (alternator, starter, or battery work), or just prefer having them do the work in the garage while I work inside (convenient!). Ben was great to work with and diagnosed or found a plan for a solution in a short time. His report is very detailed and his recommendations and insights were very helpful in planning needed and future maintenance. If you care about your vehicle then call these folks and they will work with you to get you the best help on your time.
Very responsive and communicative. Never used a mobile mechanic service before. Was very impressed. Mechanic was very nice a professional. Don’t over charge. Reasonably priced. Will absolutely use again if needed in the future.

It was easy to get an appointment for Ben to deliver and install a new battery. He arrived a few minutes early and completed the job. He showed and explained all he did. It was quick and easy for me. Mobile auto clinic was one of the only mobile companies that answered the phone and were quick to schedule an appointment and help! Phillip was great! He communicated well about time of arrival and was very efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful! Highly recommend.

They gave me an accurate time window for when they’d get to my place. Turns out it was just my battery, so it was a bit expensive for a jump start, but it was convenient and I had a jam packed day so it was far easier than hunting down someone w jumper cables
I called Mobile Auto Clinic to have a look at my 2007 Mazda MX-5 and they arranged to have someone out the next morning. The mechanic, Victor, was courteous and had my car up and running in no time. I'm beyond delighted to have my little Miata back and I highly recommend Mobile Auto Clinic, 10/10!
Top notch service from start to finish. Spoke to Coy in the morning and was given options and quotes, and a couple hours later Alex arrived, explained everything as he did the job, answered my questions, and was helpful.
