1. They only correspond by text until you ask them to call you. 2. They told me their repair pricing is very competitive, yet wanted to charge me $400+ for replacing a battery.
Have been using Mobile Auto Clinic for years. I live in South Austin and they are always so good at working me in quickly when I have a dead vehicle (alternator, starter, or battery work), or just prefer having them do the work in the garage while I work inside (convenient!). They also have a great full service shop…
Ben was great to work with and diagnosed or found a plan for a solution in a short time. His report is very detailed and his recommendations and insights were very helpful in planning needed and future maintenance. If you care about your vehicle then call these folks and they will work with you to get you the best help on your time.
Very responsive and communicative. Never used a mobile mechanic service before. Was very impressed. Mechanic was very nice a professional. Don’t over charge. Reasonably priced. Will absolutely use again if needed in the future.
Excellent customer service, quick to respond and highly professional-thank you!
Very convenient and professional service! Have used twice and will continue when needed.
I was stuck with dead battery at a gas station and David helped me out in all the possible ways. I am very very satisfied with their professional approach in helping me out.
Quick, easy to deal with and very knowledgeable! Friendly service and I felt like I was in good hands!
It was easy to get an appointment for Ben to deliver and install a new battery. He arrived a few minutes early and completed the job. He showed and explained all he did. It was quick and easy for me. He did a great job. I’d highly recommend Mobile Auto Clinic. I will use them again in the future if needed.
These guys are great! Arrived on time, were friendly and professional, did the repair quickly, and were available with a few follow up questions afterwards which was very much appreciated. Highly recommended.
Showed up on time. Quick repair. Friendly repairman. I would definitely use them again.
Great service!
Mobile auto clinic was one of the only mobile companies that answered the phone and were quick to schedule an appointment and help! Phillip was great! He communicated well about time of arrival and was very efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful! Highly recommend.
Very impressed with service from mobile mechanic. Will definitely be keeping their number saved. Highly recommend to anyone in need of mechanic that comes to your house!
Super convenient and job well done!
I had a very good experience there
They gave me an accurate time window for when they’d get to my place. Turns out it was just my battery, so it was a bit expensive for a jump start, but it was convenient and I had a jam packed day so it was far easier than hunting down someone w jumper cables
I called Mobile Auto Clinic to have a look at my 2007 Mazda MX-5 and they arranged to have someone out the next morning. The mechanic, Victor, was courteous and had my car up and running in no time. I'm beyond delighted to have my little Miata back and I highly recommend Mobile Auto Clinic, 10/10!
Top notch service from start to finish. Spoke to Coy in the morning and was given options and quotes, and a couple hours later Alex arrived, explained everything as he did the job, answered my questions, and was helpful.
I can recommend this business for their customer service. They made a stressful situation stress free.
I was extremely happy with the professional and courteous response to my initial contact. The response time was much sooner than I anticipated and Matthew was very friendly and wasted no time in getting me up and running .Would d recommend
The technician, COLTON Mc COY has very professional and helpful to do the requested checks and repairs on two large Ford trucks; to help me get them through SAFETY INSPECTION; and transfer from storage in Georgetown, TX, to AUCTION YARD in San Antonio.
I've been using Mobile Auto Clinic for years. Always fixed my truck no problem and always professional and kind! Linda
Great experience - I called because I couldn't tell if the alternator or battery was dead, and having a mobile mechanic come out was a lot more convenient than waiting for a tow, etc.. I never felt pressure to be upsold and the problem was diagnosed and solved quickly.
The service was good, the Technician Matthew did a great job, he was very polite and professional…however, I feel that I was taken to the cleaners with a huge bill for installing a new battery on my car, I’ve never paid that much anywhere else I ever had this job done in many years, and on top of that they ask for a…
Jose and Matthew were SO prompt with both scheduling and arrival. I was shocked at how efficient they were. Replaced my dead battery lickety-split. Friendly and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
I received same day service that exceeded my expectations. Thanks Ben!
The process was so convenient! Cody, the tech who came out, was super friendly and fun to work with. He kept me up to speed on everything he was doing and completed the work quickly. I will definitely use Mobile Auto Clinic again!
Darren was awesome! He walked me through in each step with full transparency! I was able to make the right decision for my vehicle and for my wallet. He was willing to talk me through all the pros and cons and I’m super grateful! Who knew that a car experience could actually be fun!?!
My battery was corroded & Ben was super helpful& the whole process was super easy ! 5/5
Genuinely amazing human beings and i am grateful for my experience here.
I can’t say enough good things about this place. Darren is definitely my go to guy for anything on my work fleet vehicles and personal vehicle. They are quick to respond and come out quicker than I expect. Darren goes out of his way to help me out. Repairs always get handled and fixed and prices are very fair and…
Bobby came on over and helped with our cars that were having battery issues. He was very polite and by the end had both in great shape. This is the second time I've used this service and both times the mechanics have been great and the prices reasonable. Highly recommend if you have no time to get to a shop.
Incredible service, and I cannot recommend this place enough. I discovered my battery went out about 3 hours before I was supposed to go on a first date, and Thomas (who answered the phone) and Michael (who came out to service the battery) were both fantastic. Michael even ended up checking on the battery the next…
Car wouldn't start late one night, looked and called around to the regular places and couldn't get in. Left a message for Mobile Auto Clinic and they got back to me the next morning and came out within 2 hours. Michael provided great service, helped break down what he believed was wrong and was able to get it fixed…
Had a Dodge 3500 diesel that wouldn't start. A weekend mechanic like myself could chase electrical issues all day long and still not find the problem but Darren had me rolling in no time. Great service, very polite and attentive... thanks again Darren for the helpful tips that will save me a headache or two down the road. Good job, man.
I had a dead battery and they sent Gary out the next day to get it replaced. Gary gave my engine a good look over and gave me some things to keep in mind for the next service. Great service! I won’t take my car anywhere else!
