It’s so frustrating when your day goes sideways with an unexpected car issue. Thankfully I found Mobile Auto Clinic! I was facing towing my car….2 days in a shop…Uber home and arranging another ride for my job all week….instead I rolled the dice and waited a few hours for my technician Ben to arrive! He was on time…
Ben has been amazing to work with. He’s been so helpful with all of concerns and needs. With 5 kids and me working the fact that he’s comes right to your home is such a blessing!
Great customer service; thank God for Tech Joel! Professional, courageous, knowledgeable and humble!
My experience with Mobile Mechanic was great. Ben was just fantastic. He was courteous and friendly. He put an old lady at ease.
100 % use them again, Ben was amazing and got my truck up and running in no time!
Have been using Mobile Auto Clinic for years. I live in South Austin and they are always so good at working me in quickly when I have a dead vehicle (alternator, starter, or battery work), or just prefer having them do the work in the garage while I work inside (convenient!). They also have a great full service shop…
Man knew what he was doing. I will use them again and I recommended them to my fleet manager. More than fairly treated and Ashley in the office is amazing!
Great service. Prompt. Comunitative. Good price for job
Perfect. Quick, clean, friendly. Great customer service and the job was done right.
My first experience with a mobile repair mechanic and I was pleasantly satisfied with the timely manner that it took to have my truck diagnosed and have my starter replaced. Benjamin B was really friendly did a great job. I would definitely use this company again
Great service very honest. Friendly will highly recommend. Thanks for a great Job
Mobile auto clinic was one of the only mobile companies that answered the phone and were quick to schedule an appointment and help! Phillip was great! He communicated well about time of arrival and was very efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful! Highly recommend.
The person working in my car told me exactly what was wrong and how much it would cost on the spot.
Once again mobile auto clinic saved the day! A relay had gone out in my fuse box preventing my fuel pump to get gas to the engine. I called mobile auto clinic and was back on the road in under an hour. I can't say enough good things about these guys and would absolutely recommend their service. Great job mobile auto clinic!
I was happy from the start. The owner actually answered the phone that’s a plus in itself had a general idea of what it would cost another plus my technician Matthew was awesome professional, courteous, prompt all the pluses as unsettling as auto repair is it was very comfortable doing business with them. Thanks…
These guys are the best in the business! The care and knowledge they've given will keep us coming back for all our auto repair needs. Honest forthcoming and hard working. Everyone needs a great mechanic and these are your guys!
