The sales rep was condescending, insisting his approach was best and unwilling to talk through different drainage solutions we wanted to consider. Our project started a week and a half late, but no one communicated this delay to us. The project manager split her time between our project and another. She was kind, but could only communicate with the laborers through google translate. This created several issues when we noticed work not being done properly. She was unable to communicate to the team timely because she was offsite and not able to direct them over the phone. The final straw for me is the picture attached to this review. We asked for the large bush to be placed equidistant between the porch and the bush in front of it. This picture was the third failed attempt, each time planted comically close to either the porch or other bush. The laborers did fine work but were understaffed. We had a large project that drug out over three weeks because only two laborers were staffed on it. We paid a premium for this project and I frankly feel ripped off. We did not have a premium experience, at all.

It is unacceptable that you felt the sales representative was condescending, that project management was split and reliant on Google Translate, and that repeated planting errors and understaffing extended the schedule. We will review this project with our sales, project management, and field teams to improve communication, onsite supervision, and staffing so these issues do not recur. We also appreciate your note that the laborers did quality work and take seriously that you paid premium prices but did not receive a premium experience.
