The gentlemen that cleaned my carpet and grout were very professional, informative, and performed the task quickly.
Impressive! The method, options available and Jalen, the service guy - fabulous! I liked hearing how they differ from traditional companies. It’s fun to hear an employee talk about the culture of their organization, the management team and the owner. Great job Jalen.
Our technician discussed our specific needs and wants before starting. He made us aware of a couple ways to save $. Quality of work appears very good.
Always do great job. Love that no soaps are used. I used to sell commercial carpet, soaps are BAD for carpet fibers. Staff us always helpful and pleasant!
Guys were on time. Professional. Very nice. Area rug and carpeted area look fantastic.
Another great experience with Zerorez!
The rug and carpet technician arrived on time with a courtesy call-ahead. He walked me through each room and explained the process while answering my questions about the treatment process. I purchased a seven room special with an area rug which was completed in two hours, well within the given window of time.…
Very professional. Great service. Auggie was the best! He was friendly and efficient and did an excellent job. We will definitely ask for him in the future.
It's been 25+ years since I had a professional carpet cleaning company/service clean my carpet & rugs. I choose Zerorez after friends told me of the experience they had. Daniel was terrific to work with. Fabulous job done. 👍
I was crazy to buy a white rug with kids and dogs but here we are... And they did a phenomenal job and the technicians explained what they would do and gave me the cost up front. They were also very nice and quick and on the early side of the time frame they gave me which I appreciate! Thanks!
Great experience and great service. The technician took the time to walk through both before and after the cleaning. Our technician did a fantastic job! I’ll be a return customer for sure!

I’m very happy with the results of the cleaning I had done today. Daniel was professional and offered clear explanation of the work and the cost. I would absolutely Zerorez.
Angel was my technician. He was prompt knowledgeable, friendly, and did a fantastic job. I was amazed at how my 20 year-old carpets looked brand new and so did my area rugs. Thanks again Angel!!
I'm very happy with my experience. The tech was friendly, thorough, and efficient.
A 3 hour window for cleaner to show up is excessive. Scheduling should be much better. Augie did a nice job.
Have used ZeroRez a couple times in my home as I have a pet... I find they do the best job and are the most polite and thorough carpet cleaners! I have had area rugs cleaned very well; my couch cleaned & it looks brand new again; and of course my carpet looks the best it can in areas where they could reach! Also,…
Angel did a great job walking through the process and options for my rug cleaning. My dog recently passed away and needed to clean 2 rugs. One rug was especially in need of cleaning, but because it was cotton it was more difficult. He did the best that he could without ruining it. Great communication and fantastic customer service!
This was my first time utilizing a carpet cleaning company and I thought the guy did an awesome job cleaning the carpeted areas in our home.

This is our fourth time using Zerorez. We've never been disappointed. Really, top-notch service.
The technician was very nice, apologetic for lateness due to vehicle issues earlier in the day, and was very good about explaining everything. He was pleasant to have worked here.
This is the second time I've had Rezorez clean my carpets. Adam did a great job and was very personable. Would definitely recommend him and Zerorez.

Jalen was wonderful. He explained the service and how it would done. He made sure he knew what type of fabric he was dealing with in order to do the best possible job. I'll definitely have him back to do carpeting.
