Impressive! The method, options available and Jalen, the service guy - fabulous! I liked hearing how they differ from traditional companies. It’s fun to hear an employee talk about the culture of their organization, the management team and the owner. Great job Jalen.

Daniel arrived on time, called to let me know he was on his way, came in to see what rooms I wanted cleaned, and told me how well he thought stains and problem areas would look after cleaning. This is our second experience with ZeroRez. We were delighted both times.
Always do great job. Love that no soaps are used. I used to sell commercial carpet, soaps are BAD for carpet fibers. Staff us always helpful and pleasant!

Daniel arrived at early end of service window. We looked over stairwell, the main project and he quoted a fair price for the work involved. He completed the work, including stairs, within 1-1/2 hrs. It looks great and I’m really happy with the end result.
The guy that cleaned the carpet (embarrassed I can't remember his name) made all the difference.

Very courteous and efficient
Operator was professional, pleasant and friendly. Would definitely recommend his service to customers in need.😁
Honestly didn’t expect the company and Augie to be so upfront and honest. We had cat urine really bad and to treat the 18 spots would have cost more than new carpet. Augie was up front about that and what options we had. He was a very nice young man and did a great job. If you use their service ask for Augie!
Professional, courteous and prompt. Did a wonderful job with our carpets.
