I don't feel alot of time was taken on cleaning our house. 7 rooms in 1 hour. The guy didn't get a couple stains out. I cleaned it right up with my own carpet cleaner. The carpets in some areas look worse then before he cleaned. I've been a customer for a few years and it's time to move on.
Greg was awesome! Definitely ask for Greg the next time you need a good carpet cleaning!
Our carpet needed some help after having 2 little dogs. The urine stains came out and the carpet looks much better.
Zerorex has really trained Angel very well in carpet cleaning. This is the second year I have used them both (though have been a customer longer) and remain a fan. Scheduling was very easy, a time convenient for me. There is such a good feeling when my house is clean, including the carpets!!
Aggie does a super job!
They got me in within 3 days of my request and everyone was super kind. Ask for their tech Auggie (not sure if that's how it's spelled)... Amazing tech, number #16 nationally, and his smile lights up the room!
The service technician was timely, kept me informed and was polite and professional. The results were great and this has been true each time I have used their service. Highly recommended.

Shortly after moving to our new home in Ankeny we noticed cat urine odor coming from our basement family room carpet. Zerorez tech guaranteed he could get the odor out but it would cost more money. Thinking it would be cheaper than replacing the carpet I paid $1100. Since he then soaked the carpet to remove the odor…
Very good experience. The individual that showed up was very professional and did quality work.

Great service, far exceeded my expectations!
It takes me 30 minutes to vacuum this carpet every day. The so called carpet cleaning was done in 1 hour. All this accomplished was sucking the dirt through the carpet and smearing it on top! It is dirtier now than it was before they came. There was not heavy stains just traffic areas. Very disgusted with the job…

We have a 1 and 4 year old. We also inexplicably built a new house with white carpet. After just a year, the carpet was showing signs of toddler abuse. We hired Zerorez to come over and give it a shot. We fully expected to be left with some stains. If they got 70% of the stains we'd be pretty pumped. They got pretty…

Poor job by the tech, Larry. Poor response when reporting the issue. Was told by Heather that it was "traffic pattern wear", but clearly it is not, just poor performance by the cleaner.
