New home build, we were hoping to have our vents cleaned from construction dust and debris. Instead, they left the floors and house a mess and didn't replace the furnace filter as requested. Biggest waste of $400.00 ever. We will NEVER use Zerorez again!

Scheduled this company to clean my heating and air ducts. When they arrived they were not able to clean my ducts because I didn’t have the right plug in needed to run their equipment. After speaking to tech this has been an issue for some time. The company refuses to give them a generator to power their equipment.…
Technician Cole was professional, knowledgeable and very personable and courteous. I had never had this service done before, he explained the process and was very careful with removing covers so he didn’t damage paint or anything. Great job, very happy with the service.

Our dryer has not been drying like it should. Called Zerorez and had them clean out our dryer vent. They found an old bird nest and tons of lint. Glad they were able to get it all cleaned out for a reasonable price.
